Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house is the place for the perfect mountain getaway. Enjoy the open floorplan upstairs with fireplace, super comfortable sectional, and patio with gas grill right off the dining room. The primary bedroom with King sized bed is upstairs and there are two additional bedrooms downstairs - one with a King-sized bed and the other with full over full bunk beds, as well as an additional trundle. The family room futon adds another comfortable sleeping area. Don't miss the hot tub, the downstairs patio, or the fire pit just behind the house. We love spending time at our second home making memories with family and friends and hope you will have a great time doing the same during your stay. Our house is ski in/ski out via a five-minute walk to and from the slopes. In the summer, the Granby Ranch mountain bike/hiking trails are steps away from the house. Golfing at the Headwaters Course at Granby Ranch is only a five-minute drive away. Granby Ranch is centrally located between Winter Park and Grand Lake and offers access to a wide variety of activities year-round. Winter Activities: SKI: Skiing is everywhere in the area. Ski Granby Ranch resort (minutes away - walking distance to an intermediate run) is designed for skiers and riders of all ages and abilities, which makes it the perfect place for families; night skiing is available and the lifts are within walking distance. This property is also located 21 miles from Winter Park and Mary Jane ski resorts, provides wide variety of ski resorts in the area. Two top rated Nordic areas are nearby in Grand County - Devil's Thumb Nordic Center and the YMCA of the Rockies Nordic Center if you want to get out and cross country ski. Devil's Thumb has nearly 120km of trails nestled in the pristine and private Ranch Creek Valley at the base of the Continental Divide.
