Pendene Villa is a big private property with private pool and air-conditioning. The pool is fenced for children's security. We keep our villa well maintained and pristine. If you have contact in Mauritius we recommend that you have the villa checked out before reserving. Even though the villa sleeps 11 people it can accommodate up to 14 with a bit of flexibility and creativity. So, if your group exceeds 11 just ask and we can discuss sleeping arrangements. PENDENE is a spacious detached villa only 10/15 minutes walking distance from the best bathing beach in Pereybere and a similar distance from Grand Baie - Mauritians shopping and nightlife 'capital'. A 10 minute drive is Mont Choisy - one of the largest sandy beaches on the island. Supermarket and local produce shopping is less than 10 minutes away. The colonial style villa has balconies front and back and views for miles. The villa has a large private pool and big patio area with barbecue and tropical gardens front and back. It is discreetly managed by husband and wife team Garcon & Baby, who will be there to greet you on arrival, show you where everything is and help you get settled in with the minimum of fuss. Discounted car and airport transfer can be arranged for you and a daily maid service is available for a little extra.. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and electric fans in the lounge, indoor games and a library + TV - DVD - Play Station. Other facilities: Exceptionally equipped kitchen with dishwasher - microwave oven - 5 ringed stove and a plethora of cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery. Utility room for your laundry with iron and ironing board. Cool boxes to take picnics to the beach.
