We was told to arrive at the property early 12.00pm but Marcus never arrived till 15.30pm for check in and to show how everything works and where to find things. when it should have been 14:00. This was the first red flag. When we arrived the Tv did not work so 3 men had to come and fix it. The beds are terribly hard and only had one pillow per person. It was pretty basic for what is meant to be a luxury villa. We was asked to pay 20,000 deposit on check in which was fine. My family and i had advised Marcus on day of check out we was planning a family trip so we would need to leave by 11am to travel to the other side of the island. Marcus did not show up on time day of check out we called and called finally managed to get hold of him. He told me and my family we would have to get a taxi into the town to meet a lady with a card machine if we wish for our deposit to be returned. We was completely shocked at this as our baby is only 4 months old. We had no idea what we was doing we are tourist on holiday. This was not agreed or mentioned on check in We argued and finally he said he would come to give us our money back in 20 mins. My family and i was desperate to leave to make our trip and collect baby formula as we was all out, which we told Marcus. Our Poor Baby cried and went hungry for 2 hours while we waited for our deposit to be returned, My wife was in tears and baby crying as we did not plan on being in the villa so late. We are currently battling the general manager Maxell Ternel who seems to have no empathy towards me and my family for the terribly service and the stress caused to me and my family. Takes days and days to get a simple email response. Maxwell has offered an early check in and late check out on our next stay, Which i find utterly shocking him thinking we would ever stay with them again after this. They added they would also compensate for our day trip which we declined. We will continue to fight this !!!

We stayed at Oasis Villas for 9 nights and had a very enjoyable time and would definitely recommend this villa as a great place to stay. Positives: - Beautiful villas with all the facilities you need in a traditional island style. - Completely private pool. - Excellent staff who are very friendly. - Security staff constantly manning the entrance gates. - Ample parking. - Close to Grand Baie Public Beach, Pereybere Beach, La Croisette Shopping Centre, Grand Baie Shopping Area. Negatives: - As Mauritius is a tropical island, bugs and lizards are expected. The villa has air conditioning but unfortunately in our particular villa, there was a gap between the door frame that opened to the decking by the pool from the bedroom on one side and this allowed lizards to get in despite keeping all other doors closed. Traveller Tips: - I would recommend a hire car. While the supermarket, restaurant and some shops are a walkable distance, there are almost no footpaths making this a risky option, espcially at night. Driving is easy in Mauritius and parking is plentiful and usually free. - La Croisette and the Shopping Mall around the Super U have a lot of restaurant/take away options for eateries local to Oasis Villas. Suggestions to Oasis: - Investigate and close door frame gap to reduce insect/lizard intrusion. - Consider resuming shuttle services to beaches/the shopping centre to further enhance the experience for tourists. Overall, I would rate our experience 9/10 - Thank you Oasis Villas :)

Villa très propre, un peu vieux mais reste propre. Les draps serviettes sont changés tous les deux jours. La cuisine est très bien équipé. Très bien situé. Le seul gros point négatif c’est que la piscine reste en partie à l’ombre, il est difficile de se baigner car elle reste froide.

Une villa immense composé d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une chambre avec literie confortable et d'un salon joliement décoré, le jardin est très agréable avec sa piscine. Je tiens à remercier Mr Aman pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité toujours joignable à tout heure ainsi que les femmes de ménages Sham et Maita très sympathique et au petit soin. Je recommande villa Oasis que vous soyez solo en couple ou en famille.

Villa superbe conforme aux photos. Le personnel de la résidence est très sympathique . Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique avec un temps agréable même si pas trop de soleil, il faisait 24 degrés. La résidence est calme , les paysages magnifique . Nous recommandons cette villa . Nous reviendrons peut être un jour en famille .

Villa magnifique, prestations et accueil au top ! Dès que nous avons franchi les portes de cette villa somptueuse, nous avons été accueillis par un luxe et un raffinement qui ont dépassé toutes nos attentes. Chaque détail semblait avoir été pensé avec soin pour créer une atmosphère de pur bonheur. Les chambres spacieuses et élégamment décorées étaient un véritable havre de paix, offrant une vue à couper le souffle sur la piscine étincelante. Le service impeccable du personnel a ajouté une touche extraordinaire à notre séjour. Le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de l'équipe ont rendu chaque moment encore plus précieux. Chaque demande était traitée avec une rapidité et une efficacité remarquables.

Nous sommes restés 5jours a Oasis villa 2, magnifiques endroits, magnifique villa, nous avons kiffer la piscine et le petit dej a l’heure, je tiens à remercier madame Sham et tout le service a Oasis villa, vous avez bien géré et je recommande a 100% merci beaucoup et à bientôt 🥰 de la part de Mr&Mrs Nacer ♥️

Horrible. Villa vieille mal entretenus. Un personnel qui en on strictement rien à secouer de votre confort. 4 étoiles soit disant… Clim qui fuit, lumière piscine cassée, eau trouble, odeur de remontée d’évacuation, grille pain cassé,coffre fort cassé, volets cassé, humidités dans la salle de bain… C’est honteux de payer ce prix et d’avoir ce genre de prestation. Honteux !

Voyage de noce qui a finit en cauchemars À fuir absolument !!! Très loin d’un complexe 4 étoiles. Je vais vous raconter pourquoi : On est en voyage de noce on arrive dans la villa numéro 30, on est tombé sur la plus ancienne je pense… ce n’est absolument pas comme sur les photos !! C’est un peu vieux mal entretenus : • lumière piscine cassé, les agents d’entretiens ne savaient même pas où elles étaient c’est la dame de ménage qui lui ont apprit. •Volet de la villa cassé partiellement, pas de télécommande ou une semi existante qui marche 1 fois sur 10 •Pas de peignoir (4 étoiles on a dit hein) •aucun voilage sur les cabanes dehors comme sur les photos (publicité mensongères) •Aucun condiment de base •DE L’HUMIDITÉ dans la salle de bain •coffre qui fonctionne qu’avec une clé et sur l’autre villa qui ne fonctionne pas du tout •service de conciergerie pas tout le temps disponible MARCUS UNE HORREUR Après tous ces problèmes on nous a proposer de changer de villa après je ne sais combien de messages et de réclamation, on nous propose une autre villa ; on passe à la villa 27 elle venait de se faire nettoyer et rafistoler. La peinture venait effectivement d’être faite c’est vrai qu’elle est moins vieille que la première mais : •COFFRE cassé et aucune clé nous a été donné, on nous a d’ailleurs jamais répondu quand on en a fait part… on prenez toujours nos affaires de valeurs avec nous SUPER • douche cassé.. le jet vise le mur super pour se doucher •odeur de remonté dans la cuisine •Clim qui a fuit donc pas fonctionnelle •internet qui s’arrête au bout de 4 jours •de l’eau qui n’est pas de l’eau… photos à l’appuie Conciergerie 000000 un responsable qui en a rien à ciré monsieur Yudhish Soobhug aucun professionnalisme, il nous repondu 1 fois et plus rien après. Marcus qui s’est soit disant occupé de nous 00000000 une horreur leur service ils font honte à Maurice. C’était une horreur… donc si vous avez l’habitude de côtoyer le 4 étoiles et + avec le vrai service qui va avec passer votre chemin vous serez dégoûtés !!! Si vous n’avez l’habitude d’un beau et vrai service vous serez très content.
