Domaine des Alizees & Spa by Fine & Country

We spent 9 days in a 2 bedroom apartment. The overall experience was great with a little caveat: the pool is not heated so was really cold. The apartment was great with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, A/C, a well furnished kitchen and even a washer (but no dryer). There is a bar and restaurant where you can get very good food at a correct price. Cleaning ladies were efficient and coming every day except Sunday. We had to ask the maintenance to come a couple of times, they fixed everything quickly. The pool is great but not heated so water was cold and I mean REALLY cold, to the point where it is almost better to go the beach because the sea is warmer. Of course this was in August aka winter in Mauritius so I would not expect the same in summer. This is a little bit annoying if you want to be considered a luxury resort. Also, the security guard is very prompt to come and complain about the noise when the kids were just playing and laughing in the pool not even making noise: dude, this is a pool not a church ! The gym is really nice. You have a lot of dumbells and plates, a curl bench, a smith machine, a back extension bench (!!), an abs bench, a treadmill, a bike, an elliptical trainer ... definitely everythoing you need to train and get in shape during the vacations. Last thing: you need a car if you want to go around a bit, walking or running is really not an option (very dangerous in the area and in Mauritis in general).

Our stay at Domaine Des Alizees, managed by Aman, was outstanding. Aman's prompt communication, attention to detail, and immaculate property maintenance made our Airbnb experience truly memorable. His local recommendations added extra value to our stay, and we would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a seamless vacation rental experience. We look forward to come again in the future.

This was total CRAP!! Would not recommend anyone, worst of the worst domaine in Mauritius. There's this one security guard that doesn't know how to do his job properly, just going around telling people to shut up because "apparently" those "people" are making too much noise. You security guard should be aware that babies/children can't control themselves from screaming. One the cons is that it is a QUIET ZONE and knowing that it is a quiet zone you should have opened up your mind and make this domaine an only adult one. To be honest if you continue like this your business won't work. If you wanna have a great business that works not perfectly but well you have to put yourself in the customer's shoes and see the pros and cons of the domaine wether it suits the customers' preferences and tastes or not!! As I said at the beginning this is certainly the worst experience I've got staying in a domaine and as I also said I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME AND STAY! We ought to have reported the security guard but we don't even know who is the manager Who's the director? -Unknown? Don't fool people!

Hôtel tranquille Chambre sympa ,repas pas trop top pas d animation la journée enfin rien vu ni le soir un soir y aurait du avoir de la pétanque mais rien Pas de boisson servis avec le repas Si tu as soif tu paye eau 3× plus chez qu une boutique L accueil super Dans les chambres y a des sachet de thé mais le café tu le reve ou tu vas le boire au bar est tu payé encore Mais je conseil comme meme Ha oui la plage j ai pas trouvé Lit confortable

Bonjour Nous avons séjourné en couple avec un ado, 5 jours et 4 nuits dans un appartement du domaine des ÀLIZEES. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, attention. Il n y a pas de groom qui porte vos bagages etc. Effectivement, quand nous sommes arrivés il n y avait pas d'accueil, ce qui était assez déstabilisant. Mais une employée nous a ouvert notre appartement et a appelé le gestionnaire, de cet location, prénommé MARCUS. il est venu 30 min après. L’appartement très fonctionnel, possède une belle décoration contemporaine et la chambre parentale est séduisante. Le nôtre donnait directement sur la piscine, ce qui ajoutait du charme, surtout le matin au réveil. Rassurant, Marcus nous a très bien accueilli, et nous a organisé nos activités comme on le désirait avec un bon rapport qualité prix (taxi, activités etc). Bien que la route des 20 pieds soit assez dangereuse à pied, le taxi pour nous rendre à super U grand baie était de 300 roupies, soit5.80 euros. Nous sommes allez deux fois à pied (15 min allée) et nous rentrions avec nos sacs en taxi. Franchement, c était tout à fait gérable. Le restaurant récemment rouvert et tout aussi agréable, a la déco mêlant exotisme et contemporain avec des serveurs souriants, chics et decontractés. Cet etablissement appart hôtel est idéal pour une famille. Nous en retenons que du positif et nous remercions sincèrement Marcus toujours disponible pour ses clients et cherchant à ce qu ils passent un bon séjour. Merci à toi Marcus ! Lieu plein de charme... Belle végétation... Ambiance Zen. Logement très confortable et plutôt grand, avec une suite parentale idéale. Piscine et spa très agréable. Sécurisé par un gardien 24h sur 24h.
