Fairfield Inn & Suites Flint Grand Blanc

The hotel is very well maintained and quiet. Breakfast selection is excellent. It took me a bit to adjust to the room decor which initially struck me as dark- carpeting & black accent wall in bathroom.. Shuttle service available to wedding venue. Overall a great stay.

This Fairfield is a very new hotel and the amenities reflect that. Rooms have a contemporary look and feel. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was nice with a spacious shower. Noise level was average (e.g. walls were not sound proof, but also not paper thin). Nice area in the lobby for hanging out.

This hotel was clean. I only needed to stay here so I was close to an event and wasn't late to it. I wanted to avoid rush hour traffic. I would recommend this hotel clean and friendly staff. I didn't use any amieties.

The hotel was great. Everything was clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We especially appreciated the housekeeper, Ebony, for being so helpful and accommodating. She really is a treasure. It was a pretty convenient location for getting around Flint. There was a Taco Bell across the parking lot which was especially helpful since on our arrival night our flight got in very late and we did not see too many other options to eat. The only drawback to our stay was the mattresses. They mattresses in the double Queen room were terribly hard. We had our parents staying in a king suite and their mattress did feel more comfortable than ours, however the firmness of the Queen mattresses did not allow us to feel comfortable or rested during our stay this week. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is clearly a very well run property. The entire hotel is kept neat and clean and the staff (all of them) are super friendly. It was a very enjoyable 3 days and if we are in the area we will return.

The onset of the pandemic began the ever-so-evolving change in the way we travel. One of my new best practices is to call prior to check-in to ask the questions important to my stay. When calling this property I was greeted with profound energy and positivity at nearly 11pm by Theresa. This simply kicked started what ended up to be one of the best stays I’ve had. Upon arrival Theresa checked me in with the same energy she had the night prior. She, without hesitation, put me in a top floor room and was knowledgeable about all the happenings I needed to be aware of- free breakfast, 24hr fitness center, heated indoor pool and offered staples if I had forgot anything. I had, a toothbrush! The room, and entire property, was spotless despite being 4 years old. I was greeted by Ebony with a smile and helping hand the following afternoon as she went about her day housekeeping. Would you be that cheerful!? Marissa, Liz and Kenny- all incredibly helpful and seemingly loved where they worked acting as the other dynamic front desk trio. Check-in to check-out was easy and effortless. Kudos to AGM Autwan for leading and cultivating a team that makes the property shine. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Although in town for a dentist visit, I explored local Seven Lakes State Park! Definitely make this a stop on your list.

Very modern decor. Staff is excellent! Theresa was super helpful checking in. Hotel was booked solid yet quiet enough for a good nights sleep. Room was very clean. TV offered Amazon and Netflix (although I did not try them). Plenty of premium movie channels. Single coffee maker in room plus fridge. All enough for a great stay. Highly recommended.

Lobby rooms and all areas of the hotel were sparkling clean, the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and on time, coffee was good and strong. It was a great hotel! Thank you

So glad to be able to stay here this night. I arrived very late on a very dark and rainy night after a long and delayed flight. I called from the plane and made an emergency reservation. A delightful lady was able to hold the room for me. I slept well in a quiet room. Traveling alone, I felt safe here. The free in-house breakfast the next morning was delicious. Since I was traveling to a funeral, the hotel offered a bereavement discount, which was helpful. When I was ready to return, I stayed here once again, and learned that excellent service by quality people is standard here. I recommend this hotel.
