The onset of the pandemic began the ever-so-evolving change in the way we travel. One of my new best practices is to call prior to check-in to ask the questions important to my stay. When calling this property I was greeted with profound energy and positivity at nearly 11pm by Theresa. This simply kicked started what ended up to be one of the best stays I’ve had. Upon arrival Theresa checked me in with the same energy she had the night prior. She, without hesitation, put me in a top floor room and was knowledgeable about all the happenings I needed to be aware of- free breakfast, 24hr fitness center, heated indoor pool and offered staples if I had forgot anything. I had, a toothbrush! The room, and entire property, was spotless despite being 4 years old. I was greeted by Ebony with a smile and helping hand the following afternoon as she went about her day housekeeping. Would you be that cheerful!? Marissa, Liz and Kenny- all incredibly helpful and seemingly loved where they worked acting as the other dynamic front desk trio. Check-in to check-out was easy and effortless. Kudos to AGM Autwan for leading and cultivating a team that makes the property shine. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Although in town for a dentist visit, I explored local Seven Lakes State Park! Definitely make this a stop on your list.
