This is in a great location and has nice outdoor space. It is easy within walking distance to many restaurants and bars and the beach is less than 30 yards away. The units are very clean and modern and well equipped. The weekly house keeping staff do a great job. The landlord is extremely accommodating immediately responding to and requests.

This is a very well kept building with a great French restaurant below. Our superior studio had all the amenities we needed, well organized and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on our private patio overlooking the main street for our morning coffee, lunches and dinners. It is in the heart of Grand Case within easy walking distance to all the restaurant's, barbeque places, shops and the beach is only steps away. The studio is well insulated, quiet and with the window shutters in place, provided us with the ability to sleep in if we chose to do so. Although parking is very scarce and our vehicle was vandalized when parked on a side street, we felt extremely secure in our studio . Our hosts were very kind, gracious and helpful with all of our queries, we thank them and would not hesitate in booking with them upon our planned return..

The property is right in the center of Grand Case and close to all restaurants and bars, the studio has been completely remodeled, it was well-soundproofed, clean and modern with everything you need, the outdoor courtyard was pleasant with seating for an aperitif before heading to restaurants, the owners were professional and very friendly, they also own a restaurant below called Bistrot Caraibes, i will be back and stay here again and eat their famous lobster thermador

What can I say, we couldn’t make a better choice. The studio was really cute, clean and freshly renovated. The owners put a lot of effort and passion in create these cozy little studios in the heart of Grand Case. Right in the middle of the Main Street and easy to walk around this cute little town on the French side of Saint Martin. We had the pleasure to meet one of the owners, Amauri. He really welcomed us in the best way possible, he provided us everything we needed for our stay. He has been friendly and available to provide us answers all the way through our stay, we felt really the passion they have for hospitality. A very interesting note, the own the restaurant below and let me tell you, it’s a gem!!! If you are staying in the studio the office you a discount if you go to eat at Bistro Les Caribs, but even if you are not staying at their studios let me tell you the restaurants deserves a stop. I just have one note, the bed was a little hard for the way I’m used to but it is really a matter of taste. For the rest I really suggest this property

Charmants petits studios, parfaitement aménagés, idéalement situés. nombreuses commodités mises à disposition comme une machine à laver et un sèche-linge, du matériel pour la plage, sans compter sur l'amabilité de tout le personnel rencontré et surtout d'Amaury et son frère qui nous ont, presque forcé à stocker notre scooter dans la cour pour plus de commodités. A noter l'excellente qualité du restaurant au dessous des appartements le Bistro Caraïbe.

De retour sur Saint Martin, nous sommes retournés dans les logements d'Amaury et Thibault, très confortable et insonorisé, leurs studios sont en plein centre donc au coeur de tout ce que Grand Case a à offrir, plage, bars, restaurants, boutiques et épiceries, nous louons une voiture car nous aimons faire différentes plages mais ce n'est pas indispensable car il y a tout sur Grand Case
