New Build Boardwalk Studio Condo steps from Lake!!

Very nice condo This is exactly as listed and a very nice unit. The host communicates really well and seemed to genuinely want the experience to be a good one.

Nice location and convenient space This efficiency apartment was perfect for my husband and I. Conveniently located in downtown Grand Lake near all of the shops and close to several trail heads. Todd was quick to respond to questions - some of which I think he could avoid by providing more information up front and having written materials with instructions readily available at the property. For example, would be good to have instructions about how to operate the heating/cooling system.

Wonderful Condo in Perfect Location Great studio in the perfect location. Parking right outside front door. You can literally park and leave the car parked...all of the town, marina, and lake are easy walking distance. Large kitchen, comfortable seating area with a large TV, and a very comfortable bed. Really nice bathroom- shower is great! Communication with property manager super easy, responded verybquickly to a question.

Excellent experience. The room, appliances and bed were clean, new and comfortable. My contact, Todd, was extremely friendly and helpful. I will certainly use his services again.

Stay 8/26/24 First time using VRBO, was not sure who to talk to when I arrived. Was on hold for 15 minutes when I called. However, I sent a text message and owner callled me within 5 minutes and said he forgot to give us a code. But he sent it to us, via text, then called to apologize. Everything was smooth thereafter. Very comfortable place, nice shower, nice towels, dishes and cookware available. Even had some items in cupboard for us to use so we did not have to shop for them! I only used a couple of teaspoons of sugar for a cold brew coffee I brought. The ad does say “steps from the lake” and that is true. However, it does make you think you would see the lake from your room. Lake access is about a 0.15 mile walk using paved roads. A better description might be “lake and other shops and restaurants in town are a very short walk away”. I am very satisfied with the place and would stay their again.

Grand lake gem We had an amazing time- the appliances were first rate and the location was perfect for being just a few feet from main street.
