Room is nice and the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating.

Hotel staff are friendly, the hotel and room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good with bottomless coffee. My room was clean but the shower ******, and the plate glass shower doors were jammed and very difficult to move, also lacked an air vent. The room didn’t have any air conditioning and the thermostat on the wall didn’t control anything!??

Excellent place to stay. Would recommend to friends or travellers.

Hotel staff are pleasant but the rooms are not great at all. Peeling paint, taps don’t work properly, room smells, very dark, and the the bed and pillows OMG really bad. Spend the extra couple bucks and stay somewhere proper. I stay here for work and unfortunately have no options but for who do stay away. Very cheap and not kept up at all.

It had nice beds with lots of pillows. We had 2 queen beds, but the small table that usually is between the beds was on opposite sides of each bed. Not well set up. Air conditioning blows on top of you from the ceiling all night. Has a skimpy served breakfast in their cafe, that goes with the room price. Plug-in was at the bottom of the headboard. Very hard to plug anything in. No freezer compartment in the fridge. When we travel we carry a thermal bag with freezer packs that need to be frozen.

Dark and depressing! The second you are in the lobby you feel like you're in a 1984 lounge. Cheap and dark. Thr staff were friendly abd helpful. In the room's bathroom all there is to try and see is a cheap fluorescent light. Good luck putting in makeup, you can't see anything. The small window in the room is no help, the room is dark and dated . Downright depressing. The bedding is clean and white. Tiny TV in the room. Tiny fridge, one cup coffee maker.

Pros: Room was modern, very high end bathroom amenities. Beds were comfortable. Quite comfortable stay. The free breakfast and coffee is very good and staff in restaurant and checkin desk were polite efficient, and spoke good English. Cons: Arms on the couch were filthy, probably stained by some previous guest that might have just changed the engine in his car. Air conditioner did not cool the room at all, luckily opening the window at night cooled the room to a comfortable 21 ° . No ice machine on the main floor, had to go up to the 2nd floor for some. Lobby was hot too! Restaurant was hot even in the morning, they had a portable air conditioner on the floor aiming at us, but it wasn’t enough as it was exhausting the hot air out the back into the same room!

The premises was very dirty. There were garbage bags, dirty dishes, and housekeeping carts throughout the 2nd floor hallway. I dropped my luggage and went for dinner. Upon returning 2 hours later, the garbage, dishes, and cart were still in the hall indicating this was “normal” for this establishment. Upon inspecting my room, there was garbage, toiletry products under the bed skirt, unknown food stuck on the bedside table, unacceptable for any hotel establishment. I promptly checked out of the hotel at that moment. The hotel, knowing my dissatisfaction, still charged me for 1 night claiming the room could have been rented and my “3 hour stay” was the reason they needed to charge. Totally unacceptable customer service. This review will be cross posted across all platforms.

Welcome to hell! In all rooms temp set to +14 ! Control panels in all rooms just disabled. You better find something else but definitely not this one. Manager did not even care to resolve the issue. No maintenance people nearby. Your problems are only yours
