The check in was horrible. The lady spoke barely above a wisper. Sent us to our room that was not even finished being cleaned (mind you the whole floor was empty because the clean rooms all had open doors ready for customers) so we had to stand in the hallway with our luggage until the lady finished cleaning our room. Come to find out she never had us sign some paper that you chose how often you wanted the room clean. We returned from our conference to find our trash emptied and that day only shampoo & conditioner and soap. We asked at the front desk the next morning at 8:00 am why the room wasn't cleaned. The new nice lady gave us this form to fill out and we did for complete cleaning. Once again we returned that night after our conference only to find our trash emptied. NO soap, No toilet paper (no toilet paper from the day we arrived mind you) and no shampoo or conditioner and the room again not cleaned. So the next morning I told the lady at the desk what had happened and she said it was given to housekeeping early the prior day and she had no idea why it wasn't done. We had to use the main lobby bathroom because ours was out of toilet paper. The whole thing was horrible. I will never stay here again, and next year when me and my staff attend this same conference, we will be finding another brand of hotel chain to stay at. There is not a toilet paper shortage. And it should not be that hard to communicate with the guest to how often the room is cleaned and what is expected. What a joke they call customer service. This will not happen to me or my staff again, I can promise that.
