小城鎮不能有太多期望，但是該有的都有，而且乾淨企理，工作人員很友好。早餐是在英國吃過最好吃的，特別是pancake.

Room good, cleanliness of dishes/cutlery poor. A short dishwasher cycle used? Dishes/plates had smears and/or visible crumbs on them. Attitude of pub staff poor - closed early on the Sunday, despite advice from the hotel, and refused to source decaf coffee for me, even though I am caffeine intolerant

Great stay, very friendly staff. Reception, Dining and Bar always made very welcome. Good service and all staff you going above and beyond. Would recommend if you looking for a good meal, drink and a good nights sleep. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk. No issue to ask for more unlike some places you stay.

The Hotel and rooms were clean and tidy. Reception staff friendly and booking in and out was smooth. We had paid for the meal deal and booked a table for our evening meal which was confirmed with reception at the time of check in, however when we went to the the pub restaurant they said that they had no record of our booking and that the hotel must have forgot to inform them. They had to try and fit us in we had to wait another half an hour for our table. Some of the staff were a bit off for instance when our drinks arrived we were placing our meal order and the waitress just shoved the tray of drinks on the table in front of my husband and just unloaded the drinks in front of him without speaking or enquiring who's drink was who's. The food was not brilliant my husbands chicken was dry, and the food looked like it had just been thrown on the plates. We had pre paid for the meal deal however when we went to pay the bill we had been charged the full amount and had to wait for some time before it was sorted.

First time at Premier Inn and WOW. Fresh clean feeling right from the entrance. Rooms are huge. Bedding crisp and fresh - those beds are the comfiest I've ever slept in! Full length mirror, lots of lighting options throughout the room, excellent selection of tea and coffee, large tv, lovely bath which fills so quickly, all soaps and tissues full to the brim. Just a very excellent stay that we cannot fault. Oh and the breakfasts - STUN!

I often stay here but don’t leave a review so i felt it was time i did. Every time i stay here the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Room is always cleaned to a high standard. Plenty of room for parking too. Always handy to have the restaurant nice and close too.

I arrived at Grantham after staying here in the past for leisure but this time I was on business so I knew it was going to be good. They didn't disappoint the receptionist recognised me and was very welcoming. Lisa went above and beyond. They booked me a table in the restaurant and a taxi for the morning. My room was spotless as always and lovely and warm. Even the cleaners recognised me and gave me extra tea and coffee when I saw them in the morning. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the service was fantastic even though it was very busy. Thanks I will be back.

Reception desk not overly welcoming, arrived 30 mins before check in told it would cost me £15.00 to check in early or go and sit in the bar till the proper time. When I finally got in the room was clean and tidy and my sleep that night was reasonable. Great location right onto the A1. Everything was of the standard I would expect from the Premier Inn brand, but the staff need to be a bit more customer friendly.
