Reception staff and check in excellent. Room tired. Unpleasant smell from sink plughole (room 132). Great choice at breakfast but food had been cooked long before and left under lamps so the full English elements were dry and the fried eggs were solid. A surprisingly disappointing experience for a Premier Inn stay. Wouldn't recommend this Premier Inn based on our 1 night stay

It is/was my son's birthday this last weekend, and the staff made him feel like a King. They put some balloons and happy birthday banners up in the room. The room was clean and tidy and the birthday card was a lovely touch too. Clo and your team were fabulous. We look forwards to staying again.

Was lovely, staff were nice, such a comfy bed. Just on a whole nice experience. Breakfast was on point and the dinner was so nice, haven't had mac 'n' cheese in a long time, and was not disappointed! Staff were very pleasant and really helpful.

Kelsa you are the best thank you for everything. Had a nice time. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and attentive! Breakfast was amazing. I enjoyed my stay with my family. Can't complain.

Friendly and welcoming staff Food was cooked perfectly Would definitely recommend staying over either on business or pleasure. Only 10 mins from Bluewater and M25. Rooms are very clean and tidy just want you need after a long day on the road.

Food was very nice and well presented. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was hot and there was a good selection to choose from. Tea and coffee hot, good selection of jams and condiments. Loved the wallpaper. Where did you get it from?

Here visiting family and shopping in Lakeside. Hotel is in a great location, the beds are comfy and room is a good size for the three of us. Little restaurant on site, food and drinks were good value. Excellent customer service from Jane and Kelsey.

Room desperately needs painting. Perhaps,looking at a,different colour to bring rooms up to date. Very friendly and helpful staff, I.e. Kelsall & Karen. Best evening meal i have had in any Premier Inn stay over. Evening meal cooked by Kelsa was great and best ever in the 3 yrs I have stayed at various Prem Inns. I spoke with her afterwards to thank her.
