Cosy single-family house "Eugénie", built in 2008. In the district of Hôpital 4 km from the centre of Grayan, 15 km from the centre of Soulac, 9 km from the centre of Montalivet, 7 km from the sea. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 24.Sep.). In the house: table football. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Soulac-sur-mer" 13 km, sandy beach "Le Gurp" 7 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. "Eugénie", 4-room house 150 m2. Beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower and double hand-basin. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), shower. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). House modern and very well furnished (kitchen) with small defects, such as mattresses that are a bit worn out, a few small renovation problems (roller shutters don't close, toilet flushes, etc.). Also negative is that the pool is completely in the shade i

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und es war drei Wochen lang ein wunderbares Haus. Man muss sich einfach wohl fühlen.C'est une très belle maison et c'était une maison merveilleuse pendant trois semaines. Il faut juste se sentir bien.
