나름 괜찮은 호텔 다만 아직도 객실문을 열쇠로 열고 닫는게 너무 불편함

We had a great time at the Hotel Gollner. Everything was excellent (I’ll try to mention everything that is important): The rooms and the bathrooms are spacious and very clean - they are cleaned daily, and the towels are also changed daily (unless you say you don't want that). The beds are very comfortable and large. There are mini-bars in each room, filled with snacks and drinks. You can get slippers at the reception, if you need them. Although the hotel is central located, it is quiet in the rooms thanks to the double windows and double doors. The breakfast is very good, there’s everything you could want, and it is all fresh. We used the hotel parking, it is video monitored. The staff at the reception is very friendly, extremely helpful and competent, and the hotel owners are a class of their own! We are very thankful for their extraordinary efforts to answer and resolve all our questions and concerns competent, professionally and quickly. We highliy recommend Hotel Gollner - we certainly will be back! :)

Excellent location, great place with large, beautiful and very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, outside deck / terraces to enoy the sun. Only positives. Would I come back to the city, I would undoubtfully come back.

We were on a Christmas Holiday in Graz. The hotel was an amazing choice. Our room was spacious, cozy and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. We can also set the radiator for ourselves, but it was warm all the time. The staff was excellent. They helped us in everything and they were super nice. The breakfast was also perfect and plenty full. The hotel is close to everything. We walked everywhere. Thank you hotel for the amazing service, we enjoyed our time so much ❤️

Just directly connected to the old town part, Hotel Gollner is a quiet but well connected place to stay. Always friendly and helpful stuff made my stay very enjoyable. Many dining options just around the corner. Same goes for the Graz Opera. Breakfast was rich and very tasty.
