Happy with the care from staff took to help with bottles of water , a very hot night with temperatures high a fan was supplied. But aircon a necessary for future of premises

They hardly clean the bathrooms - there was a terrible stench coming out of the bathtub drain and the actual bathtub was also dirty and the manager on duty was not fazed when she was informed about this. The very worst experience :(

The hotel is great and the hotel staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. However, BEWARE the brekkie at the Green King Pub next door. This is NOT a normal breakfast experience you would expect from a Premier Inn. Dirty, empty, burnt pastries, no choice, warm milk, no staff. Just horrendous. I have attached photos. The Premier Inn staff were so apologetic and apparently the pub is closing down in Jult 2025. 4 starts for the Hotel but don't waste you money on the brekkie and avoid at it all costs.

The staff at this Premier Inn are fantastic. Really friendly and accommodating. They looked after us very well providing us with fans as the weather was hot and locating us on the ground floor as I was recovering from a broken ankle. Although the location is on a big roundabout, it is very easy to get to lots of places from there. I highly recommend this Premier Inn

The moment we stepped inside the receptionists were extremely helpful & friendly. Our Premier Plus room was perfect. Everything we needed was there. Excellent furnishings & a great bathroom.

Fantastic staff, really friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean, it was the plus room so nice having the air con, mini fridge and posh shower gels. Only disappointment with room was the size of bed, always used to king size at premier inn, not sure why it has become smaller, prehaps my fault when I booked Sadly the pub next door is being refurbished so we were recommended to go a couple of miles down the road to the next premier inn which we did and had a nice breakfast there.

Very comfortable stay. Newly refurbished room which was great for layout and furnishings. Nice bathroom with excellent shower. No dining options but we knew this at the time of booking. Complimentary breakfast bar was a nice touch. Extra tea and coffee available in reception. Plenty of parking and good location for our road trip.

Our weekend stay at Premier Inn was perfect. Nice and clean, lovely sized room and the bed was so comfortable. Only one thing, but not a criticism the room was very hot. The fan was useless, but we appreciate it was a hot weekend. Glasses would be nice in the room as well But overall a fab stay
