The place has been redecorated to a well loved standard. Bathroom ultra clean than places l have stayed that rates 5*

Absolutely fabulous. Loved out little weekend break. Great location, lovely food. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay, with lovely breakfast. Perfect location for the theatre

We were I. A room on the top floor which have a great view. However the room was tired and desperately needs refurbishment. The room was also VERY warm - no heating was on but because the windows are (understandably) restricted in how wide they open there was limited cool air that could reach the room. This meant us having to sleep in a room with a temperature over 28’c which was unbearable.

Excellent location. Good reception. Wedding party in full swing was fine. Sadly, the restaurant was closed which was disappointing as we were hoping to have a relaxing evening. Food was served in the bar and was not the standard you would expect at such an establishment but we had no choice as local restaurants were difficult to secure a booking so late in the day. Room was fine and staff excellent. Small problem with evening bar meal was avoidable. Although we booked a table on arrival using our room number, we received a call from reception the following day asking for payment - we explained that we were not due to leave until the following day and would settle the account immediately if required - which we did. Again not the level of expertise and communication you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

前台服務人員非常不專業，定了兩間房，給的房間不在一個樓層，而且離得很遠。換了間房房卡又開不開房間門。給女兒換校服郵寄快遞，在快遞網站上下好訂單第二天快遞員來取，因為我們第二天要在學校參加活動，和前台溝通把校服放在前台幫忙給一下快遞員，前台也滿口答應，但第二天快遞員來取前台取，前台竟然給快遞員説沒有…… 簡直無語，又開車回酒店取了快遞開車二十多公里郵寄出去

酒店很有特色，非常漂亮。對面山很值得一爬，山頂非常漂亮。

因為定了酒店，所以定最好的房間行政套房也價格很合適。景色無敵，推窗就是城堡🏰和風景。特別推薦。沉浸到英倫風情中。還在酒店用了晚餐。

除了入住時間較晚，退房時間較早之外，一切都很完美。

環境太美了，非常滿意的入住體驗

房間很乾凈，在小鎮上，逛街購物也很方便，去火車站也不遠

一如既往好！
