I'm a bit late to post this review but better late than never. This hotel is superb and fully merits my 5 star rating. Beautiful decor, clean with hugely helpful and friendly staff. Such a shame that we could not be there for an evening meal, however our Sunday lunch was of a very high standard. Michelin star level cuisine at reasonable prices. We'll be back!

Sadly, had to return to a town I know very well to bid farewell to a colleague. Stayed at the Cotsford and was very impressed. Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable room and a delicious breakfast. What more can one ask? Would highly recommend this hotel as an excellent stay, if only more estblishments around the country were of this standard.

A quality hotel with an amazing restaurant. The food is skilfully prepared by the Chef/Patron and all the staff are friendly but professional. Front of house is managed by the Chefs wife between them they do an excellent job of looking after their guests. And all for at a really reasonable price. We only had 2 days but would not hesitate to return as there is plenty to do and see in the area.

We went for my husband's birthday. The atmosphere is nice, staff friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. Great ingredients, well cooked and presented. Coffee and petit fours in the lovely comfortable lounge afterwards. A lovely treat.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cotford Hotel and l'Amuse Bouche Restaurant. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant served to order. We also had evening meals at the restaurant which was amazing. Lovely hosts & staff. Will definitely return!

We had an amazing 2 night stay at the Cotford hotel. Lovely comfortable room. Hosts & staff were very nice with excellent service. The L'muse-Bouche restaurant is excellent and probably the best in Malvern, so we ate there both nights. Breakfast also excellent & served to order. I jokingly asked for sticky toffee pudding for breakfast, so Barbara brought me some after dinner that evening lol

We had a fabulous stay. Lovely hosts and staff. Made to feel extremely welcome. Nothing was a problem. Would recommend an evening meal in the restaurant and the breakfasts are excellent and good quality. Malvern lovely place. Great walking and friendly.

From the moment we arrived we were treated to an efficient and friendly service which continued throughout the evening. The food was beautifully presented, and tasted every bit as good as it looked. Before arrival we thought the prices seemed relatively expensive. By the end of the evening we realised a meal at the Cotford Hotel represented wonderful value. We look forward to returning at the earliest opportunity.

We stayed for 2 nights after our original accommodation feel through. So delighted to have found this gem of a hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly without being over the top. The hotel is elegant and looks fantastic inside and out. The room we had was large, spacious and had everything you would need. The bed was one of the largest we have seen. It almost had it's own postcode. We had a couple of drinks in the bar area which was nice and relaxed. Breakfast on both days was superb - all local ingredients - sausages and bacon from a local butcher were fantastic - sausage meaty/tasty with no fat and the bacon was thick and tasty. They know how to cook breakfast. Always plenty of staff on hand to serve food and drinks. Special mention to Barbara for her care and to Rupert who brightened up our evening when we were feeling a little bit down. Thanks to all
