Beautiful location close to Hermanus beach front by car. Excellent breakfast with a large variety of cold and hot items. Overall service was very professional and the staff quite friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at 138 Marine Guesthouse! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with stylish decor and a warm atmosphere. The location is perfect — right by the ocean with stunning views. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We can highly recommend this guesthouse and would love to come back!

The 138 Marine was a very nice guest house. We felt at home right from the start. A very warm welcome from the hosts. We would definitely come back here again as it was a very pleasant stay, just like home!

Beautiful location, facing the sea and just as we checked in we got to see the lovely sunset! Our room was spacious, overlooking the sea. We ordered take out for dinner the day we arrived as the only restaurant within walking distance we were informed was closed. The guest house is a couple of minutes drive away from Hermanus town. The hosts Merryl and Storm are very welcoming and are what make this place special. Breakfast was wonderful and delicious. Freshly cooked based on your order. I forgot my jacket during check out and this was delivered to Cape Town as I had requested. Great place to stay if you’re looking for a nice and cosy get away with a lovely sea view.
