Skyfall Guestrooms

This place is a gem. The rooms (3) are located under the restaurant in a walk-out configuration to the river. Really pretty watching sunset over the river from the chairs located outside your room. Whoever built this place did a great job at soundproofing because we never heard anything from the upstairs restaurant which, by the way, is very good. Rooms are clean and spacious and nicely decorated. We are traveling a loop from Sioux Falls SD to Joplin MO to route 66 to Las Vegas and then across Utah and Colorado back home and this place ranks 1st place in places to stay with us after 9 days on the road. Book it. These folks truly care about this place and what they do and it shows!!!

This is a three room guesthouse part of a restaurant located 45 minutes from Arches National Park. Staff is courteous, breakfast is absolutely wonderful, the rooms have a full glass wall facing the river, are super clean, spacious and modern! We stayed 3 nights and did not mind the drive to Moab every day. Highly recommended!

We pulled into Green River off the highway. I was very hesitant at first as the town looked a little depressed. We arrived at the Tamarisk restaurant which is connected to the guest rooms. We checked in and got other key. We were really pleasantly surprised at the room accommodation. Situated on the Green River we had an excellent view and experienced a great sunset. The room was nicely appointed with everything you need and clean. Very clever design for optimal functionality. Scandinavian influences in decor. I loved the detail in that the soaps were colorful and similar in style to the art installation in the room. Oversized TV , great Mimi fridge with freezer a huge plus. Bedding was crisp and fresh with 4 awesome pillows. The restaurant upstairs offer a diverse menu and the food was fantastic. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve eaten. This place is a gem. It seemed so out of place in the little town but maybe I didn’t see enough of the town, I rate this experience a 10!

We checked in upstairs in the Tamarisk Restaurant; We stayed in room #1, the closest to the bridge. The three rooms are all decorated differently and from what I saw through the nice big windows, they are all beautiful. The room was sparkling clean, had a kitchen sink, coffee maker, fridge (stocked with complimentary soft drinks) and snacks. The room big and airy, with a couch and desk; the bathroom was plenty big. The noise level from the upstairs restaurant was not an issue by the time we went to bed (in the morning it was bit loud and little too early for my taste). We had great great conversations with other guests, since we were all sitting outside enjoying the sunset. Breakfast is included in the upstairs Tamarisk restaurant and was very good! We would 100% stay again!

Hidden gem in Green River with just 3 unique rooms overlooking the river, with little patios. Clean and modern with fun, colorful furnishings. As an added bonus, the Tamarisk restaurant and Swell Coffee right above, are cute and serve really good food and coffee. Thoughtful amenities like complimentary beverages (water, sodas, Gatorade) and snacks (cookies, microwave popcorn, caramels). Service was all friendly. Very pleasantly surprised!

Absolutely the best find in many months, if not years. Contemporary decor, beautiful overlook of the Green River, refrigerator continuously stock w water, sodas, energy drinks, ultra comfy beds, real live p,ants in the rooms- pinch me as this place cannot really be THAT good!

The Skyfall has three guest rooms. The rooms are contemporary with creative decor. They are spotlessly clean and the bed is comfortable, but the rooms are small. The bathroom layout is not particularly practical (ie the vanity has no countertop). The outdoor patios with chairs and a small table with a view of the river are quite pleasant. The upstairs restaurant, Tamarisk, is very convenient and since it has great food, that is even better. The room rate includes a FULL breakfast. The Skyfall is the perfect place to stop for one or two nights. We look forward to staying here again on our next I70 road trip.

The room is modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed sitting outside our room and watching the river flow by. The free breakfast at their restaurant was a major highlight - they treated us like royalty. Highly recommended - you won't find a better place in Green River.

This is the ideal place to stay if you are leaving Capitol Reef to go to Canyonlands or leaving Canyonlands to visit Capitol Reef. It is a very nice place to stay and it is much less expensive than staying an extra night in Torrey or Moab. We were in Capitol Reef for a day and a half and left there, stopped at Goblin State Park and then drove to Green River for dinner at the Tamarisk and a stay at the Skyfall Guestrooms. Added bonus- a free fabulous breakfast the next morning before driving just 1 hour to the island in the Sky Visitor’s Center in Canyonlands NP.
