I always clean surfaces in my room with a Lysol wipe-my wipe came back clean,this was a very clean room. Wonderful breakfast-DIY waffles, sausage and biscuits, sausage links, cereal, bagels, yogurt,fruit, so nice to start the day with a hot breakfast. Room was very quiet on 3rd floor. Shower was hot, water drained well. Only complaint is that the pillows felt like they had popcorn sized pieces of foam in them- wish I had brought my own pillow. But would definitely make this my go to hotel when I am in the area, especially with LaRosa’s pizza literally right next door! Everyone was very friendly, pool looked good( indoors) , wish I had brought my swimsuit! Saw lots of people enjoying the pool last night! 5 star stay here!

Walk into hotel to spend the night First room was being cleaned with some strong chemical. Showed us second room Smelled like smoke Showed us 3rd room Strong chemical smell Told them we cannot stay with the odors So, if you don't mind odors this hotel is for you

The hotel phoned the night before our stay at 10:30 pm to tell us our credit card was declined. They had over a week to run the card but waited till the night before to do which could have easily been taken care of before this time. When I asked to speak to the manager as I was awakened from a deep sleep, I was told that no manager was available yet they are authorized to call customers at a late hour. Because I questioned their practice of calling that late, the next day, the manager, Jackie, who was unavailable the night before, canceled our reservation and let us know via a phone message. In her message, she stated that the underage desk clerk would be working again, and maybe it was better that we didn't stay there. What is meant bu underage clerk?

Clean room and convenient location. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast selection. Would recommend. Good restaurants close by and easy on/off to highways. Gym amenities were nice. We will stay again when in the area.

The staff at the hotel were excellent and very accommodating, but even the second room we were moved to was full of mold. We initially were given a room that smelled like mold and dog pee. Tried to stick with it, but ultimately couldn’t handle the smell. The second room we were moved to had no smell of mold, but evidence of mold everywhere. The lamp shades, ceiling, and bathroom have green mold spores everywhere. They said the AC units have not been cleaned in 10 years and they have caused mold growth,

Comfortable beds, cold air conditioner, good hot shower, friendly & helpful staff, clean rooms, grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Decent choices of hot breakfast. Would recommend & stay here again if in the area.

The only reason I am giving the 4 star rate is for a small issue that was encountered during my stay. The problem was immediately addressed and the staff was very helpful and involved. They even gave me a night free on my 2 night stay. Other than the issue, this hotel is clean and staff extremely nice and professional. Coffee available in lobby, lemon water and popcorn also. Breakfast was fair and lots of choices. Could have been a little hotter, the warmers were not keeping it wam enough. All in all great place to stay.

We stayed on the third floor, in a 2 Queen room. Our room was ok, but it could have been cleaner. The bathtub floor was somewhat stained and the tile wall cracked. The sink in the bathroom did not drain well at all. The pool was really nice, at a good warm-ish temperature. The hot breakfast was really good, with eggs, sausage/bacon, and biscuits and gravy every day. They also had waffle makers, a couple kinds of cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, and several bread/bagel/muffin options.
