Suite A at The Franklin is a private space with a 2 full baths, kitchenette, king bed, 2 twin sofa/futon beds and option to rent the entire 6,000+ sq.ft. house! This home is located in beautiful Greene County, "Gateway to the Blue Ridge Mountains," which is conveniently located near Charlottesville, the Shenandoah National Park (lots of hiking and outdoor adventure), many antique/craft shops, wineries, breweries and FRESH AIR!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Quiet hours are 9pm-8am. No fires (In fireplaces, candles, etc.). Guests agree to provide valid proof of identity (US DL, state ID card, or passport)..No guests/visitors except those named in res. Great place to stay
It was a clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable place to stay for my family. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very fast to reply with any questions. The location was perfect -- a quiet spot but very close to grocery and VA ABC stores and restaurants.

Wonderful Extended Visit! Would definitely come again!
I can't give this property enough accolades! It was clean, well managed, and very comfortable for a 2 week visit to the area while my daughters attended dance intensive classes in Charlottesville. I stayed on-site and worked remotely from the unit. I could not have asked for a better or more ideal work environment for remote work.
The pool was also fantastic, my girls and I were able to relax after a long day. Love this place and the owner!

Nice unit, close to center of Ruckersville. Angela is an excellent manager and her properties are top notch! Clean, comfortable and spacious.
