Pretty cool love the mirrors on the walls and breakfast is mediocre but great for the price

I had a nice, quiet stay, I enjoyed it. Kudos and appreciation to Housekeeping staff who found my wedding ring, after I checked out, and secured it until I could come back to hotel and pick it up. I thank them for that [and my wife!]. We will definitely stay here again just for the kind and honest staff! The Carrs'

No Ice Or Cold Water in the entire hotel. Room was Disgustingly Dirty! Rude staff woman at desk.....

This is a no frills “value” place. We just didn’t feel safe after dark, even walking into the lobby. Which was not secure after hours.

Was told I'd be charged 20 for late check out but received no house keeping during my stay and my door was not secure keycards did not work for rear entry.

I usually spend every other weekend at this hotel this is My GoTo away from home. I love how kind some of the staff are I could name a few because Ive been coming here fir a long time and also a rewards member. Everything about the hotel is a Plus ,My last stay at this property was on 5/13, 5/14 2024. I stayed on the 13 with someone and came back on the 14th only to be told i was banned for a misunderstanding that turned into an argument. I was told to leave property and the front desk person that ive never seen upon checking in before called police, then she(front desk) told housekeepers/employees that i called police & would not be refunded which is very unprofessional, that is not how you do business. I called to speak with a manager, but was told he/she was not available. I give the stars i gave only because of my previous stays i have never encountered a bad stay here or got in a argument with staff(front desk)about anything but I will say " Some housekeepers need to be more professional" and have better performance than being in other people/ guests business at this property. I never Got a chance to speak with a manager they always said no one was available. I say their always need to be a manager that guests can speak with but at this property they must dont have one or they just treat tgeir guests any type of way when something happens tat needs a managers aporoval or attention. They hide things from the manager I would have loved to speak with the managerbut I never got a chance to due to being told he/ she was never there. I never even recieved any other information verbally or written to state the fact of being banned. Seems as though the Front desk clerk had an issue with Me . Bad Attitude to be at front desk and very unprofessional .where are the managers??

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome, especially the regular breakfast lady. I will definitely stay there again if the need arises. This hotel is very close to the hospital which makes it convenient. Love the pillows on the bed!

A value priced, clean room with a decent breakfast and good service. All I wanted was a place to spend the night, the bonus is that it was not dirty, and now I have thirty five characters to type to hit the minimum
