Cozy Lakeside Duplex Cabin on Moosehead, 10-min walk to Downtown Greenville

This cabin is nestled on a multi-acre private property, with unique features including a pebble beach for swimming and large deck to relax and listen to the loons call. You'll feel away from it all, while steps away from downtown shops and restaurants. The duplex has an identical Red and Green side, each featuring two bedrooms, kitchen, full bath with shower, and living room with futon. The two units are connected via a door on the covered porch with outside access to each unit from either side of the deck. This rental is great for families or friend groups vacationing together. The rental is pet-friendly by request. You are welcome to bring a canoe, kayak, and/or paddle board(s) to put in at the beach and enjoy exploring the south shores of Moosehead Lake. Being a waterfront property, there is additional risk of personal injury or property damage that renters must acknowledge. This risk is heightened as it relates to children. Renters must agree to accept that risk and take all reasonable and proper measures to ensure the safety of their party from injury or loss. The property owner and managing agents are not responsible for any personal injury or loss related to waterfront access. Swimming is permitted from the beach at your own risk. Renters may not use the docks in the marina adjacent to the renal property without permission.
