The staff are very friendly and caring. They took very good care of us and went beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We were very comfortable and relaxed. Great bed and clean rooms. Ebony was such a delight at the front desk. She made us feel like family. ❤️ We will definitely come back for another stay.

I spent 5 weeks in this hotel. Overall great place to stay. Wendy was amazing, handling the front desk and other random things I asked about like laundry baskets and places to eat. Wednesday night socials were enjoyable and I met quite a few new people, and the salad was good too. The staff together definitely made the place feel more like the good kind of crazy family. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip, either business or for fun.

Absolutely impressed with the stay, beat my expectations by a ton. The outside is pretty old, but the inside is clean and comfortable and looked great. Really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was good, had breakfast tacos every day and there is an excellent happy hour on Wednesday.

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Access to and from is easy. And it’s close to Whole Foods! When I arrived, the representative took time to chat about the hotel. When I left, Ebony let me check out a little after checkout time and she said, in the most sincere way, to be sure I come visit again. I will. This place is a winner!

Property and Staff are excellent. Clean and friendly. Definitely a repeat visit the next time in the area. Easy check in process and breakfast was great as well. The location is also suited for a variety of restaurants and local fare as well.

We checked into the Homewood Suites by Hilton at 102 Carolina Point Parkway in Greenville on Saturday, June 15th for one night. One of us awoke in the middle of the night after feeling something crawling across our face and neck. We got up and turned on the lights to discover there were bed bugs crawling on our pillows, and literally eating us alive. We caught several of them and placed them in a coffee cup from the room. We contacted the front desk, and promptly brought them one of the bed bugs. The front desk woman gave us the name and contact information for the supervisor of the hotel. We contacted the supervisor, Mike Guarino, and provided photos, videos, and a detailed explanation of what we experienced. We had trouble sleeping the rest of the night for obvious reasons. It was a disgusting and uncomfortable situation. Apparently hotel management could not have cared any less, as we received no response, no communication, no apology, no interest whatsoever in our awful experience in their hotel. There are a lot of hotels and lodging options in the area. Choose a place to spend your hard earned money that cares about their guests and that is not infested with blood sucking bed bugs.
