房間比較大，不像16平，有衞生間，微波爐;門口小花園打理的比較好;就是被子潦草一點，被套也沒套。門口吃飯比較方便，出門就是公園港灣，本地人釣魚，很多的鵜鶘等着釣魚人處理魚，一點不怕人。總體來説還是比較舒適的

The motel is facing east, with river view. The Greenwell Point is a fishing village with a lot of seafood, the Pelican Rocks Seafood is just meters away, which is very popular, needs booking. Jim Wild's Oysters is 2 kilometres away, offers fresh oysters and prawns.

The motel room was clean and tidy and comfortable. Upstairs most of the rooms have water views as the bay runs right around two sides across the road on a corner. Beautiful little town with water everywhere. The bowling club has a great authentic chinese restaurant with great food at a reasonable price.

Easy check in. Room was clean . Bed very comfortable. We had a microwave, toaster basic crockery. The only complaint was we didn't have any hot water for 24 hours. I know it could not be helped as these things happen but would have been nice if they offered us a discount or something.

The location is awesome right on the bay, the room very clean, modern and the bed and pillows very comfortable, the Cafe next door and the pub close by was very handy, will definitely be back this town is so welcoming and lovely think I want to retire here.

Nice place easy check in, rooms very clean Ni e comfortable bed, modern TV and coffee, tea and microwave , staff friendly. Nice places to eat next door best fish and chips ever, great little pub up the road with good food and a short drive to most places of interest

Stayed over the long weekend and I truly enjoyed my stay! Price is really good and the place is clean and quiet..stayed in Deluxe room and its really spacious..A nice walk by the jetty as well. Looking forward to my next stay!

Having had a booking stuffed up in Nowra, I found a room at the Anchor Bay. Motel in Greenwell Point. Never heard of it but what a find. Jodie was so welcoming and helpful, the room was a good size and well appointed and great location. Terrific find that made our day

We would highly recommend this Motel. Super clean and comfortable beds with great amenities. It is in a wonderful location too. Look forward to staying here again and exploring the area more next time we visit.

Booked 2 nights midweek using the motel website for the 'Waterview Suite-Feet up & Relax'. The costing was $199/night. The motel is located opposite the wharf, with water views. We were allocated Room 10 on the 1st floor. Car parking is right out the front. Easy gradient stairs up to our room. There is no thro foot traffic for Room 10, so our room is private. There are windows facing the front & to the side. The room is very comfortable with everything we needed. 2 easy chairs & coffee table to enjoy the view from the room & outdoor chairs as well on our balcony. The kitchenette is functional to prepare your own light breakfast-microwave, toaster, jug, cutlery crockery, glassware. There is also a sink. Wifi is free & fast. The air con is quiet & efficient & the noise from the bar fridge minimal too. The ensuite is smallish but works well enough. There is an openable window. Greenwell Point is a good jump off spot to explore the Shoalhaven & Crookhaven Rivers areas.

Anchor Bay Motel used to be a nice, basic little Motel with friendly local service and advice and extremely clean rooms. Unfortunately the Motel was bought from the local owners and has employed multiple caretakers, none of whom were local. The new managers are highly volatile, cursing and swearing, and they have cut costs to the point where you will be lucky to even get clean bedsheets and pillow cases. One was a boy from Nepal. The next was a lovely lady who everyone loved, but the managers paid her an atrocious $25kpa to manage the 12 br motel, with the onsite accommodation being hers. However each time the managers came to the accommodation, they kicked her out of their own home, lived in her home while she had to move out and live in another motel 20 minutes away! All while they had many vacant rooms to stay in, they still demanded she grab her clothes, toothbrush and puppy, and get out. Today as she mentioned it, they sacked her, and gave her just 3 hours to leave. Absolutely APPALLING behaviour by these managers. Unfortunately this is seemingly what happens when a large business from another country buys another one of our fantastic little properties, employs aggressive and abusive managers who never advertise for local staff but those in a vulnerable position like a boy from Nepal and a single lady, to abuse and exploit. The female manager, drunk as always, told me that she “has more money than I ever will”. As for customer experience, don’t expect clean rooms now, don’t expect fresh sheets or pillow cases and definitely don’t expect this current property caretaker to give any advice of where go or where to eat, as she yet again isn’t local to our area at all. It’s a real shame that Anchor Bay Motel has gone to the dogs now under these new managers, however with only one parking space per unit and no space for a boat in our fishing village, maybe nothing is lost after all. Go to South Coast Retreat instead- you can bring a camper, a caravan, a boat and you’ll get clean rooms and linen while having plenty of space for a campfire, they allow pets, and are closer to the water. All of which Anchor Bay Motel can not offer.

Very friendly & a lovely place to stay. The view & the room was lovely. Close to a lot of amenities, beautiful walk around the water. Not far from lovely beaches & shops. Lovely part of the world will definitely be back.

The Room was large and Quiet. The Bed very comfortable. Great few to the Ocean and Hinter Lands. Close to the beach and Restaurants. Shops just around the corner. Only 20minute drive to Nowra for larger Shopping Centers

Room was very clean with lovely linen and towels. Booking online when traveling, you don't have time to check all facilities, so when we arrived, we asked about the travel voucher available at the moment. No we don't do that. No we don't do breakfast. No, no dinner but you can walk to the Bowling Club, 900 metres away, in the dark!! Reception was hopeless! Then there was no one available at checkout. Wait, wait, wait. The motel is certainly not suitable to the elderly or disabled, it's on a hill. Overall the room was very good but the rest was frustrating and disappointing.
