We’re located in the heart of Old Greenwood but just a few minutes from Indianapolis. Everything is close by including Food, Shopping, and Entertainment. Downtown Indianapolis is just 15 minutes away. The space Come stay in our Cozy Lake House, 1200 square feet of your own private space. You have access to a fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with extra pillows and blankets, closet and dresser. A full bathroom w shower that is stocked w shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of towels and rags. A convenient half bath off the main bedroom. Enjoy family time in the open living room lounging on the reclining sofa. Play games on the large dining table that seats 6. Fish and play in the lake during the day and enjoy s’mores at the fire pit in the evening in the fenced backyard. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, carport, back yard, and dock all to yourselves. Other things to note We don’t allow any smoking in the house or near the doors.
