I have never left a review of a property before but I just had to for Maurice and Laureen! They were both so accommodating and provided so many lovely personal touches to our stay, always going above and beyond. Laureen is also an amazing chef. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, also spoiling us with little homemade cookies left in our room upon arrival. The room was also immaculate and bed was extremely comfortable. I would rate this accommodation to anyone. We will definitely be staying there again just to enjoy the amazing food and hospitality! Thank you so much again for making our first experience to Gretna so much more memorable!

We were up as we were seeing family in the village and needed somewhere to stay. We couldn’t believe that the current owners had only been there 2 weeks! It was a fabulous stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever had and the room was really spacious, The whole place felt really peaceful and lovely to stay in. The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating. Breakfast was amazing ! One day we have the full breakfast the next day Eggs Benedict. There was also some overnight oats to start that were delicious . We will be back!

Excellent hosts. Helped us with our wedding over and above what was expected and greatly appreciated. The room was spotless, the position perfect and the standard of breakfast would be a good reason to return. Book here and use as a base to explore the region

Bojangles Guest House is the best B&B we have stayed in, in the UK. Maurice & Laureen were wonderful hosts, and they could not do enough for us. They were so accommodating from before arrival, and until we checked out. The breakfast was delicious and the music choice was great for first thing in the morning. The room was spotless and everything was so clean and fresh. The finishing touches in the room were really nice and the biscuits were delicious. The location is great and in walking distance to everything you need. I would highly recommend Bojangles on all levels. Thank you Maurice & Laureen for a great stay.

Fantastic place to stay, very welcoming. Lovely room, food outstanding. Maurice and Laureen made sure it was a pleasant stay and were very helpful before, during and after, with plenty of suggestions on where to eat in the evening. Highly recommend if staying in the area.

Great pre visit communication and a warm and friendly welcome from perfect hosts. Bojangles is in an excellent location; just off the motorway with the outlet centre minutes away. Everything is spotlessly clean with great attention to detail. A good choice of breakfast and the very best Eggs Benedict. Cannot recommend highly enough.

After a long day driving it was a relief to find such a warm and welcoming guest house. Maurice and Laureen were perfect hosts and our room was spacious and loads of room for us and our fox terrier! It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were pleased we had booked the same place for our return journey from the Isles of Lewis/Harris. It’s a perfect place to stop on the way to Scotland only a few minutes off the motorway.

Such a welcoming Guest House. We stayed in the Dumfries room and it was so comfortable. The hosts were so lovely, nothing was too much trouble and they took time to chat to us. The breakfast was great, set us up nicely for our journey to Inverness. If you are looking a great stay, pick here! We will be returning on our next visit to Scotland!

Amazing from beginning to end. Incredibly nice hosts very welcoming and accomodating. The guest house is very nice. The bedroom was immaculate with some nice touches like filtered water with charcoal and a home made cookie. The breakfast was incredible. 100% would recommend. I will be back for sure. Thank you
