Premier Inn Grimsby

I’ve been staying away for work a lot recently, and this Premier Inn deserves some recognition. While the rooms are what you’d expect – clean, comfortable, and functional – what truly sets this place apart is the staff. There are two incredible women who seem to keep everything running smoothly. One of them, Jessica, really stood out, though I haven’t caught the other’s name yet. These two are absolutely phenomenal – it’s like they can walk through walls or teleport, always appearing exactly when you need them and with such a great attitude. Their energy and professionalism make a real difference. The food here is also surprisingly good. I haven’t met the chef, but they’re doing a great job. Meals are served quickly, arrive piping hot, and are consistently delicious. To top it all off, Jessica went above and beyond by sorting my dessert and drink to-go, which was such a thoughtful touch. Little things like that really make a stay memorable. I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back!"

I've been for evening meal twice in the pub and both times Jannine has been running FOH herself. She treats everyone like her personal house guest with her friendly warm welcome and attentive service. I've been a hospitality manager for the past 25 years and wouldn't hesitate to have Jannine in my team. She's an absolute credit to your brand.

The room was very clean but the food service was amazing a lovely lady called jannie helped us and helped us alot with our questions only down side was coffee machine was cold but jannie went above and beyond and helped us have a decent cuppa she is a credit to this place

The bedrooms need some updating as few things broken in room like lights, lampshades and toilet seats.I feel that if staff had cleaned the toilet surely they would have noticed broken toilet seat? I did complain about broken toilet seat and was moved to another room which was worse as things were broken but by this time we just needed to sleep as we arrived late evening. We were pleased that the bed was comfortable and we did get a good night's sleep.

Friendly, helpful staff, pleasant evening meal and breakfast with all the family, we had 3 rooms and was well accommodated. Breakfast was fast and efficient, beds were comfy, the reception staff were pleasant and helpful, highly recommend.

The beds are comfortable food was amazing grimsby was more than I expected hotel was spotless and clean a must stay stay for anybody travelling around this area staff will help no stop very kind ...... And helpful ...... great people plus polite
