Jannine is lovely on the bar. The food is also good and drinks are well priced. Rooms are comfortable and come with a fan as it’s quite hot

Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The restaurant offers a wide variety of good food which kept me interested for the full week. The burger selection is great with the option of a side salad in place of the bun which is perfect for me. The steak was medium rare exactly as I asked for. Most of the clientele are contractors working locally and t to he atmosphere is calm and peaceful. Exactly what is needed after a days graft. Jannine is always on hand with a warm smile and a cold pint.

Always love to stay here. Very convenient. Wet room I could not turn on shower as not leavers. Was good someone was with me. It’s an older premier inn but I feel quaint.

Room was spacious, clean and functional. It was the breakfast that really let the experience down. Ran out of eggs before 9am so we were unable to have eggs on our breakfast. Mushrooms were anaemic and still had dirt on them. Not really good enough when you've paid the same amount as everyone else for an unlimited cooked breakfast and yet you can't have any eggs, a pretty integral part of a cooked breakfast for me. One member of staff trying to serve the whole restaurant. She did her best but you could tell she was rushed off her feet. It was not good. I've been to Premier Inns in the past and the breakfast has always been a highlight up until now. What a pity.

We called for breakfast this morning at Premier Inn Grimsby...food was delicious as usual,well worth the price with a buffet style continental and full English to order.Jannine was there to look after us and she is such a lovely person,so bright and bubbly.Nothing is too much trouble for her.We will be back soon...

Absolutely amazing place to stay.... in an industrial estate so really nice and quite.... the staff were absolutely amazing and very welcoming and friendly.... the bedrooms were immaculate. The bathrooms were immaculate... the breakfast was really nice and hot and the staff in the restaurant were lovely and very friendly... would 100% recommend... we went with 8 people including 4 kids... friendly staff best were really comfortable and clean... And if your visiting cleethorpes it's amazing as a taxi to get from the hotel to the beach is only between 10 and 15 pounds...

Come here very regularly and would always recommend it. Staff are lovely. Only downside is the restaurant hours have changed from opening at 5pm and now opens at 6. Which is fine if you want to eat out but when you’ve finished work at 4:30 you just want to eat and go straight to bed!
