Such a wonderful place and experience . We really struggle to find somewhere to eat locally ( well we aren’t even that local but we are willing to drive to here because of the quality ) . I ate the herb crusted lamb rump and my partner has the steak . Service is as super efficient and the kitchen even listed and over exceeded with our picky requests for extras and particular potatoes . It’s basically fine dining but with a rustic and relaxed feel of a gorgeous Cotswold pub . We can’t wait to go back

The Neeld Arms is the quintessential English country pub serving up awesome beers, awesome food, and an awesome atmosphere! We've eaten there many times since discovering this absolute gem of a pub. When friends visit, they always ask us if we can go to The Neeld as you are guaranteed a faultless experience. Great Sunday lunches and a great a la carte menu. We look forward to returning again soon!

The decor and ambience pleasant. Staff are welcoming and helpful. 2 or 3 decent real ales It is sometimes noisy in the bar, including unwelcome swearing. The menu looks good, but be careful when ordering the food. It can be quite unexpected e.g. the gnocchi had been fried instead of boiled. Or maybe, both! We also experienced over-cooked fish and tough meat. The quality of the food seemed to deteriorate during our stay in the village.

We had a lovely meal here. The pub is a beautiful building in the pretty Cotswold village of Grittleton. Staff were warm and welcoming. We had very nice food, nice drinks. The pub offers good service and overall had a very nice evening at the Neeld Arms

Beautiful place, friendly staff and simply stunning food!! My husband and I have booked a night here tonight also and it’s stunning!! What a find!! Would recommend to anyone!! It’s so lovely to see a pub still being busy! The menu is good for all types of dietary requirements!

We had a truly wonderful experience at The Neeld Arms. Mark, the proprietor, was incredibly courteous and an outstanding host throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, he made sure every detail was taken care of. Dinner was exceptional. We had a delicious chicken burger and a perfectly cooked fish and chips, both served hot and fresh. There was also plenty of fresh bread and butter on the table, which we really appreciated. Everything was full of flavour and clearly made with quality ingredients. The drinks selection was excellent and paired well with the meal. The rooms were tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable, and perfect for a restful night. Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive. What stood out most was Mark’s attentiveness. He was always on hand, anticipating and meeting every request with warmth and care. We genuinely cannot stress enough how much fun and relaxation we had. A fantastic place and highly recommended.
