In the district of Kranzbach 3 km from the centre of Gröbming, 14 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 22 km from the centre of Schladming, in a sunny position on a slope, 11 km from the lake, 13 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 30 ha with meadow, courtyard, swimming pool round fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking at the house. It was a wonderful time there. Above all, the house and the view were great. The house was modern and rustic at the same time. You have everything you need. We would come back at any time.

Sauna was defective over the entire rental period and therefore not functional. No information was given about this, although this was already known in advance. In addition, unannounced and without our knowledge, the landlady allowed herself access to the

There were 11 of us. The hut is super nice and well equipped! The landlords are very helpful and friendly! The kids had a lot of fun working in the stable! Definitely recommendable! We'd love to come back!

Die Fotos haben schon sehr viel versprochen - und das hat gehalten! Wir waren ausgesprochen Begeistert von der Hütte. Alles war so, wie in der Beschreibung. Alles sehr sauber und genug Platz für uns alle! Und auch die Betten/Matratzen waren nicht durchgel
