Wonderful luxury hotel with a lot of activities and playing areas and pools for the children. We were 3 families with young children and they especially enjoyed the water slides, also great for a rainy day. I especially enjoyed swimming every morning early in the sports pool. Excellent service and amazing breakfast . Rooms were beautifully designed and comfortable as the whole hotel. Lovely views of the mountains. Some of the adults and one child had an amazing experience on an organised e bike tour, by the hotel ,for a few hours. Definitely recommend this amazing hotel.

Very pleasant stay. Suprisingly check in by driving into underground parking (next to elevator). Lovely food in restaurant. I chose room close to spa where 1st and 2nd floor are for families, with family saunas, little aquapark. From 3-6th floor are adults only saunas and pools. In 6th floor there is heated outdoor pool - Mond and Wed with happy hour 11-12, when kids are allowed to pool. Silence rooms were great. You can control your room bill electronically any time so at check out you dont need to waste time.

Without doubt the best hotel we have stayed in. Stunning interior and location, wonderful, friendly and efficient service, amazing plentiful food, beautiful, well-equipped and spacious spa, gym and waterslides, fabulous ski hire and facilities, and immaculately clean everywhere. We honestly couldn’t recommend it more.

Feels like being on a cruise ship - beautiful family run hotel. It’s hard to get a sense of the hotel from its website, it feels more like a luxury cruise ship than a hillside hotel. The spa and pools are beautifully done with deck chairs looking onto the valley. For a summer hotel there is limited space outside, and therefore gets extremely crowded outside, but in winter there is a great amount of indoor hang out space. This is a very family hotel, so if you’re looking for a quite romantic stay I would avoid it: there were kids absolutely everywhere, but on that note the hotel is amazing for kids. There is an unbelievable kids club with everything you could dream of having, including an indoor waterpark with water slides. Rooms are beautifully done, but you need to pay attention to which floor and side, as each are very different - would recommend the higher floors and avoid first floor looking onto the laundry rooms. Beware when dining, you can be misled to believe food is included only to receive a fairly large additional bill at the end. Unfortunately you can’t use the cold plunge pool and outdoor hot pool unless you are naked, which is quite unusual. Overall great stay Kids club 300 charge

This is an amazing wellness spa hotel. All the facilities are high-end, the hotel is beautifully designed, food is great and the service is excellent! We highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful, relaxing vacation with lots of hikes and things to do around this location!

Wow, this family run hotel surpassed all expectations. We all likened it to a a cross between Sandy Lane, Barbados for the casual friendly factor and Gleneagles, Scotland as it had so much for everyone to do. It is very special indeed. Service is slick and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The owners can be seen working in the hotel daily so they really have their fingers on the pulse, know every guest and everything that is going on. It is an incredibly well run hotel located right next to the ski lift. Everything is made easy for you. Ski hire in the hotel is exceptional with brand new equipment. You are given your own heated locker for the duration of your stay. Everything is spotlessly clean. We stayed the week before Christmas and whilst there was snow not all the blue runs were open, so skiing was a little limited. We booked a two bedroom family suite and a couple of classic rooms for our parents. The rooms have all been recently renovated. They are modern and comfortable. The two bedroom suite worked really well for us as a family having the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and lounge. Be warned the classic rooms have open plan bathrooms which would not have worked for us but if there is only one person in the room its fine. The hotel has an excellent spa spread over five floors and we made use of it every day. My children loved chilling in the family spa on the swinging chairs and using the sauna and steam room before going outside and lying in the snow. The family pool is glorious and the slides spotlessly clean and so much fun. The adult area is like nothing I have ever experienced before - and I have stayed in a lot of beautiful spa hotels. It is exquisite. I had one of the best facials I have had for a long long time. My skin came out decongested and glowing. Even my eyebrows got plucked to perfection in the process. The indoor outdoor pool in the top floor is very special. The facilities for children (including teenagers ) is superb. My children spent hours in the high tech games room and equally enjoyed the jungle gym in the basement. They were thrilled when they worked out both rooms were connected. Even us adults enjoyed spending time playing on the games. Meal times were a treat. Breakfast is a huge spread with everything your heart could desire ( although my daughter and I did wish they would turn on the cream machine at breakfast so we could have cream with our pancakes…… but maybe its a good thing it is off!) I defy anyone to come home weighing the same as they did at the start of the holiday! Evening meals were included in our package. I was a little sceptical of this thinking the food would not be so good but there was a huge choice, something for everyone from fine dining to comfort food. Everything is cooked fresh and is delicious. Even my vegetarian daughter and celiac mother were well catered for. If what my children wanted wasn’t on the menu, it was not a problem, the chef would make them what they wanted
