Very poor, some parts of the hotel very dirty, carpets on stairs and false flowers covered in years of dust. Pillows very thin and bed cover had awful mark on! Room heater broken on all day and night and appalling electrical wires left loose!

A nice clean hotel, next to the city train station. The receptionists both evening & night shifts were kind and helpful. Breakfast was also above our expectations given the fair accommodation price. The only (big) problem is the size of bathroom - we almost couldn't get into the standing shower box - it is smaller than submarine's shower!

Good price for the location right next to the station and a 20 mins walk from the town centre. Staff were super helpful, they really took the time to make me feel welcome, suggested a great pizzeria where I could go for dinner and explained to me in detail how to get to the town centre. The room was nice and clean with a great shower.

Hotel very close to the railways station. Friendly and helpful people. A nice room and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was OK. The hotel is 20 minutes walking from the center of the town. A few shops close to the hotel.

LA RECEPTION DA URLO...FA SCUOLA A TUTTI GLI ALTRI!!! Marco, Saverio, Francesco, Dario e gli altri ragazzi che in passato hanjo lavorati in reception...Viaggio spesso in maremma e non mi è mai capitato di trovare uno staff di reception cosi gentile, educato e molto rispettoso nei confronti del cliente!!!!Mai uno sbaglio e sempre super super cortesi ed educati in tutti questi anni..!!!!CHAPEAU! E tutti gli altri, che vadano a scuola da loro!!!! Grazie ragazzi e avanti tutta cosi!!! Fabiana C

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. Les chambres sont bien, vu que nous ne passons pas beaucoup de temps dans la chambre pour nous c’était parfait. Mais le plus c’est l’accueil du personnel. Tous très gentils mais surtout Tanya. Elle nous a donné de très bons conseils soit pour des endroits à visiter ou suggestions de restaurants où nous sommes allés.

Hotel molto comodo con la stazione in quanto situato a pochi passi da essa, forse troppo pochi. Risulta infatti piuttosto rumoroso, le camere non sono molto insonorizzate sia per l’esterno che per i rumori interni. Rispetto a qualche mese fa, alcune camere sono state oggetto di ristrutturazione, peccato per la rumorosità.

L' Hotel sorge adiacente alla stazione ferroviaria, in zona centrale della citta' . Nonostante sia ubicato vicino la stazione non sentivo nessun rumore fastidioso o alto. Camera pulita e concreta, con asciugamani, saponi ,armadietto, scrivania,televisione. C'era una finestra grande in camera singola. Personale molto cortese. colazione abbondante e varia. Adiacente all'hotel c'era un bar, ristorante, negozi vari , fermata autobus ecc. Ho chiesto un taxi per la mattina e lo hanno trovato ad un prezzo molto conveniente. Potevo ritornare a qualsiasi orario essendoci servizio di portineria. Prezzo equo. Sono stato a maggio 2024.

Albergo attaccato alla Stazione. Non eccezionale, ma di buon livello e a prezzo conveniente. Le camere sono abbastanza silenziose e pulite. La colazione a buffet adeguata. Il personale - in particolare Marco - gentilissimo e disponibile. Per chi, come me, viaggia in bicicletta si può parcheggiare la bici nel garage a fianco, sempre dell'Albergo, che è sorvegliato a vista mediante telecamere direttamente dalla Reception. Il centro di GR è a 10 min a piedi. Per una notte di passaggio va più che bene.
