Hotel Morales Historical & Colonial Downtown Core recensioner

loved the place the folks that work there could not be nicer and it was just beautiful breakfast was good as well

This hotel is not what you see described. When we booked it showed as 4 stars but now shows as 3 stars. The place is dirty, staff is not very friendly, breakfast absolutely to avoid. We were given a room in the cloister without windows.and the loos had a very bad smell.....we were changed room to then have a very dirty room, broken furniture and NO HOT WATER.......the hotel and Trip did not seem to care at all and we were made to pay one night penalty to cancel the reservation.

Some of the rooms in this hotel do not have windows. My boyfrined said the pool was dirty so I did not use it. The room was. Breakfast was okay and cheap. The highlight of this hotel is the location and its historic charm!! The security at the hotel was very good and the staff was very professional! Hotel does have a certain charm!
