We chose this hotel because it was located near where we needed to be. All the people we dealt with were super nice and very helpful. Possibly because of the Pandemic they haven’t fully recovered and many amenities were closed down.

Do not waste your money. We stayed here due to location. I'm not sure there were even any other guests. Morning one we go down for breakfast. Nothing there. Told it ends at 830. It's 840. OK. Next morning, the limited breakfast consists of instant coffee (with powdered cream), packaged muffins, 100 calorie Cliff bars and mini Sunny D. When checking out, we mentioned our room had not been cleaned (stayed 4 nights). We were told it was there policy not to clean if less than 3 days so they didn't disturb their guests. What?!? Told them they should probably tell people that on check in.

Seasoned traveler here. This hotel is essentially a multi floor motel. Don’t be fooled by the nice photos. Room style looks modern, but everything is old. Walls are paper thin (you can hear everything from next door as if it were in your room, literally) toilet bowl had a ring, things look and feel “dirty”. Not the worst hotel, but should be priced at around $98 per night, maximum.

This is by far my #1 worst hotel stay ever! Don’t know where I got the ratings showing hotel as good but it was wrong. Total false advertising on Ramada website. Allowed to cancel until 6pm of night stay, I arrived around 2:45pm and went on and checked in. When I got to my room I was totally flabbergasted on the poor room condition. Went back to front desk immediately said I wanted to cancel / refund; was told I could not but offered to show me 3 other rooms to choose from. It wasn’t even 6 pm yet (maybe by checking in early I voided that but I only opened room then closed immediately). Torn shower curtain, holes in wall, terrible stink, etc. I slept on top of the bed in my clothes.

AVOID THIS PLACE! It's not worth it for your own safety. The whole hotel is dirty and unsafe. We never checked in because of these conditions and the hotel refused to refund us, despite us NEVER CHECKING IN! Don't believe any positive reviews on this place, they're all lies.

This is the worst place imaginable! You know you’re in trouble when the room you are given has a chair propping the door open when you get there! No cups in the room; no hair dryer; broken furniture; one towel and washcloth for two people!

5 years ago this was a good place to stay. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it other than it's walking distance to the Waffle House and Arizona Mills Mall. Every aspect of this hotel is in decline and we will not be coming back in the future. Sad to see the Wyndham name on this property.

HEALTH AND SAFETY VIOLATIONS!!!!!!! Do not stay here!! Rooms are disgusting, bathroom walls have mold, peeling paint, and rusty tube!! Toilet paper used as Kleenex, sand paper towel and sheets!! Not to mention staff was sleeping inside the lobby, homeless individuals and needles all outside the property! False advertisement no hot breakfast and check-in time is 4 not 3.

So bad. No hot breakfast. No pool, no iron. Bed broken. No plug in bathtub. Air conditioner cover broken. Towels very rough. Rust on bathroom door. All these things that were missing was on the info for the hotel.
