The shallow, slow-moving waters (averaging 2-5 feet) are ideal for relaxing on the water and enjoying the natural beauty of the river. Please note: Water levels in the area are currently lower due to repairs on the Lake Placid Dam, but the setting remains perfect for water activities and enjoying the peaceful flow of the river.
