nice hotels connected to metro n mall the gate to the mall open between 10am to 10pm very convenient n friendly staff too :)

Good location! There is adidas outlet shop in the mall beside the hotel! Also 10mins ride away from Grandview mall. Complimentary artisan coffee x1 per day everyday from 830am to 8pm by the cafe operating downstairs. Very pretty hotel lobby and very helpful counter staff esp on our last day, initiated to check with us if our Didi car type is suitable with all our big baggage and luggages and helped all the way to ensure all our stuff are loaded up to Didi and easing our vending machine purchase for the lemon packet drink that we included as photo in this review while waiting for Didi. The male staff didn't even ask us to give good review or mention his name. He did all these out of his own good service attitude. If the hotel management see this message, please help us to check for his name and thank him. We boarded the didi around 10.45pm on 1 may. This is so different from our experience in Chongqing and Chengdu area and we are very pleased. Initially our midnight check into this hotel around 3am on 29 April was not so pleasant as the counter staff didn't explain to us in detail during our check in on our complimentary items hence our first impression for this hotel was so bad. This male staff that helps with our departure from this hotel really changed the whole experience to a very good and memorable one. So I am really thankful and will recommend this hotel to others

We were travelling for Canton Fair and was there here for 4 days. It wasn't a good experience. The hotel gave us nothing more than a sleeping place. The room was cleaned everyday, but they never changed the cups. The WC was not proper and was not flushing right. There wasnt a single FORK in the hotel, and also when asked about the a spoon, I got a desert spoon. The staff knew no english.

The cleanliness here is a little problem. The room is small but we can understand that because we have booked for 20 Sqm. However, the room smells like cigarettes, we want to open the window but it is closed fix, we want to open the door but the hallway smells like cigarettes even worse. The bathroom doesn’t have good ventilation. It smells like bathroom all night. The room is damp inside with all kind of smells. The decoration they have tried so it’s kinda presentable. It’s an old hotel renovated. It’s alright if you are under budget.

The staff at concierge during 9/4/2025 gave us an upgrade to a room with bathtub. Location is great, just walking distance to all the convenience stores and restaurants. Right next to a mall. Room is huge given the upgrade.

This is our second time in Guangzhou and our second time staying at this hotel. It is very cozy here, downstairs near the reception there is a great coffee shop and when you check in the hotel gives you complimentary coupons for every day to buy delicious coffee for free, a good start to the day, isn't it?! Then there is a very good location, many different cafes nearby and you practically live in the same building in the shopping center, there are many different brands, especially Adidas with a discount. The room is always clean and the cleaning is done on time. Downstairs, in addition to coffee, you can sit down in the evening and drink various cocktails. We will definitely go back there again. Oh, and I forgot, the view from the 36th floor of Guangzhou is breathtaking when you have breakfast, it is a truly beautiful place. You will 100% not regret it if you come to this hotel

Room is very clean and comfortable. Toilet is clean too. Nearby there is a shopping mall and many shops. Special thanks to the hotel front desk girl Sandy. Sandy is very beautiful, polite, friendly and helpful.

Very clean hotel and definitely worth the price. Great service, and the large laundry room is a huge plus when living out of a suitcase hahaha. Overall, I recommend it if you’re looking for a fairly priced hotel in Guangzhou.
