Good location. Very friendly staffs. They are very helping on your request. The only thing is no refrigerator in my room. Overall is the wonderful staying place.

The location is right at the start of the main pedestrian street ofthe city, Beijing Street. Please be aware taxis cannot go right to the lobby of the hotel. You get off at the main road, and walk about 50 meters. No meal option, but lots of food option around outside.

Nice hotel in a very ideal location. Highly recommended. Comes with a great view.

The hotel was clean , with shampoo and body wash, a beautiful picture of Vienna on the wall and toilet. There are some delicious yet economical restaurants nearby. Some large shopping malls nearby selling different kinds of snacks and drinks.

Good location, as it is at the end of Beijing Road. Customer service was good and room was quite comfortable even when the deco was bit dated. Our room was close to the main road, so it could get noisy due to car horning. They only have 1 passenger lift, so might take some time to get down to the lobby. Overall, relatively good experience.

The staff service are excellent.. The room was very clean.. The hotel location is very good.. I will come back to stay at this hotel again

Im quit disappointed with this hotel. Firstly, the receptionist cannot speak in english. We just communicate using the translator. This hotel is in the city of Guangzhou, the management should hired people who can speak in English because many tourists come to China especially in Guangzhou. Secondly, this hotel is below on my expectations. I got different room from what i already booked in trip. When i ask the receptionist, i want to change the room what i already booked, they just told me the type of room i booked is already fully booked. What kind excuse is that?? I paid for garden view double room, but what i got is a small room not same with what should i get. They also very rude. The location of the hotel also hard for me to find halal restaurant. I’m not repeat to stay this hotel again. Never!

Location is very good, but room with cigarette smell. Only one lift, waiting time is long.

Room wasn't properly cleaned. There's no fridge in the room. Ice cubes not available in common area.

Great location and near to mrt within walking distance, the hotel abit old but staff are quite helpful and friendly .
