Novotel Guangzhou Baiyun Airport (Terminal) recensioner

Andra gången här. Vi hade ett tidigt flyg ut. Första flygbussen från hotellet avgår kl. 04:55. Det är ganska snabbt och bekvämt att ta sig till båda terminalerna. Det enda irriterande är att handfatet är så otroligt nära sängen att det är obekvämt att borsta tänderna. Samt hur genomskinliga badrummet och duschdelen är. Jag kommer aldrig att förstå hur denna design behagar någon. Sekretess är ovanligt

Convenient with bus shuttle to n from airports. Surrounding doesn't have any convenience . Have to depend on one cafe restaurant . Suitable for short stay but not for leisure . Business class is good . Toilets are clean . Lol.

I stayed here to be able to sleep and wait for my other flight. Is right outside the aiport and has a bus to take you to there terminar you need which is very convenient. I recommend it.

Great experience. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable too. Also had welcome message on tv. 😍

Great location! Great bedding! Quiet. Checking in was prompt. As a non smoker, I appreciate the hotel has a no smoking policy unfortunately encountered a cigarette smell in the common corridor. Better enforce is required. The breakfast was a total let down. My experience was bacon soaked in oil, the espresso machine dispense normal coffee other than espresso and the buns were soggy outside and hard in the core. I suggest stay away from the breakfast.

Conveniently located for early morning flights, this hotel offers a five-minute walk to Terminal 1 and a complimentary shuttle bus service to Terminal 2. The hotel and rooms are satisfactory, and the beds are comfortable. Recommended for travelers.

I recently stayed at the Novotel Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport for a stopover during my trip to Kuala Lumpur. The location of the hotel is excellent for those in transit, with its proximity to the airport, making it highly convenient. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. Clearer signage to the hotel would be helpful, as finding the entrance was somewhat confusing. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connectivity was below expectations, with intermittent issues that made it difficult to stay connected. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, but with some attention to these areas, it could offer a more seamless experience for guests.

hotel is just a walk away from the airport, which is very convenient! we had a great stay and also ordered room service. food was served hot, but taste wise was pretty average. nevertheless, will highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for one near the airport to catch your morning flights 👍

Within walking distance from terminal 1 from level 3 door 12 exit. The terminal walk path after crossing the road is shared by Pullman Hotel and Novotel Hotel. Walk straight to enter into the Pullman Hotel entrance and take the escalator down to level 1 turn left at Pullman Hotel lobby, there is an indoor path near the exit door of Pullman that will lead to Novotel Hotel lobby with another one left and one right turn with the indoor path.

It was so clean and well organized hotel to stay. All the staff were so kind. Excellent experience.

Best American Breakfast I could hope for,not many hotels cater for foreigners.I was so pleased!
