This accommodation is one that meets expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious and the AC worked. The breakfast was good and there was a variety to choose from. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's great value for money.

After 4 days, I was planning to relocate hotel near the city central but changed mind to stay longer. In other words, Hotel and it’s location was that satisfying.

This is a good hotel options for close proximity to the airport and Baiyun Mountain. Great restaurant options and kids entertainments in the nearby shopping mall. Good price and kind service.

I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay at Wyndham Guangzhou Baiyun Mountain. The hotel’s serene location near Baiyun Mountain offered a peaceful escape from the city's hustle. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was courteous and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. Although my stay was short, the tranquil ambiance and excellent service left a lasting impression. I would recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and a touch of nature in Guangzhou.

its comfortable especially you could find out many bars and restaurants after you downstairs. Quiet! Easily parking! Close to the metro station. But it’s far from the downtown

Not advise to stay at this hotel as vehicle is not allow to enter, and the staff is all not responding. Same breakfast everyday, and quality of food is also so so only. Worst is all staff black face all day and not polite as a 5 star rating hotel. 实在不见建议入住这家酒店，出入实在不方便。所有入口都被卡着了，打了车想要开进去还需要自己挪开障碍物，门童几乎不帮忙，大厅在5楼，一点都不方便。早餐餐厅里的员工没有一点朝气，各个脾气态度都不太好。食物品质和选择也是一般般。点了碗馄饨面汤，结果馄饨几乎黏成一块，也没熟透，拿给工作人员就说已经熟了的。员工对话都是大小声。主要房间烟味很重，空调又不太灵光。不会再选择这家酒店，还不如一间三星酒店。失望…

Everything is good. Improvement suggestions for food varieties on morning breakfast buffet. Facilities is great, I love the Jacuzzi!!

Despite the distance is abit far from city, I actually enjoyed and loved everything about the hotel during my stay and I will definitely come back again if I ever visit GZ in future.

The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The check-in desk is located at Level 5. There were no signage to indicate that. The check-in and check-out process were completed smoothly. As had to stay there for quite a few days and managed to received help from a few staff. Would like to give special thanks to a few staff for their excellency services rendered to me - Frey, Amy, Joseph. Will recommend to friends and family.

We stayed here for 3d2n. The hotel is located conveniently next to a big new mall with many food options. There are also shops and restaurants around the area which could be easily accessible by foot. I love the 杀猪面. The Huangbian subway station is also right at the mall, which could take you directly to Yuexiu Park if you're into some sightseeing. Amenities and cleanliness is top-notch at Junluxe. We also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who helped us secure airport transfers to Baiyun Airport. It would've been a challenge doing this myself as the road in front of the hotel is closed due to construction that is completing next to it; and we had large number of luggages, plus travelling as a group of 5. It took 2 concierge staff to kindly move our luggages and directed the multiple taxis to the underground parking. We were very grateful and gladly tipped the young men. I will gladly return. 2nd time staying here, nice hotel, beside is a mall, very convenient

Breakfast expensive but not various. The hotel is not accessible from the road, so need to carry luggage and walk to the hotel

The hotel is very new and the reception staff can speak English. One receptionist even very good English. The breakfast is good and delicious. Almost all salt dispenser were empty. Even telling it the staff it was the same on the next day. The room was clean and new. We got 2 bottles water every day. The Kids club is perfect for families. In the surrounding you have several coffees bars, fast food and restaurants . The subway is just around the corner with an escalator upwards but not downwards. This was a disadvantage with stroller or with luggage. To the city it was about 25 mins and cost 4RMB with subway. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much. The price is pretty okay for what the hotels offers to the guests. All the staff is really friendly. If we come to Guangzhou again, we definitely would book this hotel again.
