The apartment was fine for the night but message ahead so you can get details on the door code and which apartment. The bed upstairs was quite difficult to sleep on but the sofa did for the night

First the name of the Apartments is misleading. It has nothing to do with any HYATT Hotel. Second, the photos shown in the App are much nicer than the Apartment really is. All the furniture and the equipment is very old, the bathroom is not really clean. From the booking App I had a much different expectation and was disappointed with what I found. The only plus is the short distance to the Guangzhou Exhibition Center.

Needed a last minute hotel and this one was pretty good. Very clean and also very quiet. Would recommend it for couples or friends travelling. The room is very clean and tidy and the check in process is very simple.

設施：設施都很新，都很好 衞生：超級乾淨，真的很乾凈 環境：離廣交會開車三分鐘距離，很近很近 服務：很耐心，客服響應快 這次去廣交會活動，就近定了這個酒店，酒店客服響應很快網速也可以，而且房間自帶小陽台，陽台裏有晾衣架和洗衣機，通風很好，窗簾無敵遮光給我和我對象這種睡眠不好的非常友好，性價比很高，下次要是來這邊辦事還來住

避雷！沒有前台，需要主動打電話加微信提供入住房間號訊息，你不聯繫沒人主動聯繫你。 好吧這是自助公寓可以接受，那想問為啥我預訂的叫做“柏悦酒店公寓”，入住之後發現桌子上的牌子寫的是另一家“萬儷酒店公寓”？在平台上一搜發現兩個酒店同一晚差價在80-100元左右，為啥我花了錢卻被安排到更差的酒店且無任何人提前告知？ 衞生也挺差的，桌子上這一灘油不知道是啥。。
