Best management. From the beginning of coming here, the staff treated us well. Adequate room facilities and apartment equipment. Staff clean the room every day. we feel this place like home. For those who want to do business and wholesale fabrics and clothes, this accommodation is very suitable considering its proximity to the largest fabric shopping and wholesale center in Zhongda, Guangzhou. I will stay here if I come to Guangzhou again.

The Didi to the airport is posted search zhujiang international mansion. I stayed in the apartment for the whole 25 days of Christmas. It feels exactly like a home apartment. There is a police gate and then an apartment gate guard feeling very secure just show the apartment guard your reservation. Then show the ground floor reception the reservation to use the elevator it secure needs a card to use. The check in is at the 15th floor 1502 front desk I am american they helped me very well so foreigner friendly make sure to use the wechat. The room standard apartment the cleaning lady cleans the room replace the covers and fresh towels every day. There is good heating and air conditioning provided the shower slippers the water is hot and warm give the tooth brush toothpaste cups comb shower items. They have a good kitchen can cook well and a mini fridge also a very nice washer with dryer also drying clothes rack and hangers a closet to store your clothes along with a nice microwave Great location in haizhu district across the street from the international textile market so many things to experience and see you can see the Canton tower from there and there so many great places to go there is a supermarket and convenience store across the street a luckin coffee and a cotti coffee. I would stay here again and recommend others to enjoy.

My experince with this apartment was best,the staff are so helpfull and for us foreigners they even help us to order food for our stays,very recommended for business travellers because the location are near zhongda fabric market, Be carefull with downstairs hotel receptionist,they even say the hotel doesn't exist if you go straight to them for check in,better contact the aprtment first instead you go to the reception lobby. Definitely will stay here for our next trip to guangzhou

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic – close to major attractions and restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The host was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. It's a great place to stay if you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a good location for a good price . Recommend!

It was good apartment only there may be noise pollution because of new building construction nearby but for me it was not any problem because it starts around 8 am to 6 pm and during this time i was mostly out for work

Location is best if you are into clothing business and also very accessible. Host lady is very nice. You will get everything you need for your comfortable stay here. Rooms are spacious with good natural light and feels airy.

my experience was so bad. the room was not clean, the place was horrible. they were constant construction noise it does not worth it at all

Don't let the people downstairs fool you, they'll send you away or ask you to make a refund, but they're not the managers for this hotel. The real manger is very polite and helpful, probably call in advanced if you can't find them.

It’s not Park Hyatt at all. Just a typical apartment. Please be honest! Construction noise 24 hours 😞 Maybe its suitable for textile marketers or Nobody else. The way to metro station is challenging 😫 full of electric bycicles traffic jam. No way!
