Mercure Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Hotel recensioner

The hotel location is good, close to Beijing road pedestrian and in the hotel lobby there is a chagee 😀😀

This location is excellent, situated in the center of shopping and dining areas, including street food options, which enhances comfort. However, the staff's inability to communicate in English is a drawback. Select a spacious suite; however, please note that the bathroom lacks a bathtub , and the toilet and bathing area feature a transparent glass. . The toilet is automatic, but it doesn't work well. It can be used only sometimes, it makes you frustrated. Breakfast is varied, but not delicious. Finally, this suite is on the 28th floor. Under the dining room and meeting room, the sound of chairs dragging can be heard at 7:00 a.m. It was until 10.00 a.m., making it impossible to sleep and congestion throughout the day, so I couldn't rest in my room.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay. Good for room of 3 adults with a queen and single bed each. They have robots that can help with parcels and food delivered to your room. Great stay at Guangzhou!

A good hotel with good facilities. Breakfast was adequate and varied. Some of the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. We would extend our stay with the morning staff and the evening staff would call our room rudely telling us our stay had expired and we must come and pay. A clear lack of continuity on their systems because how does the evening staff not have on record that our stay was extended and paid for. For a hotel that welcomes international guests, some customer care training for some of the staff is lacking.

All are good especially location. It is basically in the same building as Mercure hotel. Opposite is Teemall with famous Tao Tao ju. Downstairs is start of Beijing pedestrian street.

The room is very convenience and maid is so kind. Receptionists always help me to clarify event the family stay for 4 people , the room and bed is enough. All amenities can request more without any charge. The location is closed to TeeMall and Beijing road. All very very good. Trip.com has confirmed is help to reserve and let us comfortable both trip of pick up and drop off at airport

The location is perfect. You can find food everywhere .you will enjoy the night life style. It’s crowded every night. Looks no further!

Good locations. Helpful staff when come to extension , collecting of tb parcel. Got robot to deliver your ******* food delivery. Will be back here if visiting gz again

Hotel and rooms are relatively new, conveniently located at Beijing Road. It’s very near to the metro and the walking street has a lot of food options. Teemall is just bedside, which is very convenient. Staff are friendly and helped with TB parcel collection. Initially, we got a room with strong cig smell despite being a non smoking room. But they managed to resolve it by changing the room within 15 mins. Got a larger room after the change. Staff were also very apologetic after this issue. Definitely will recommend this hotel for its service and location.

Very comfortable & convenience hotel at Beijing pedestrian road.. highly recommended. Definitely will come back again next Guangzhou trip.

Mercure location is excellent. Food paradise in the surrounding area. Although the room is not that big, we are still comfortable with the layout. Front desk staff are great and friendly. Breakfast buffet is normal but it would be great if they can add in some dim sum. Room is clean except one power wall plug is not in function. A UK plug socket will be helpful too. Air-con in the room is not cold enough, maybe that’s why the hotel open its windows in each floor that I can access to. Free usage of the laundry & ironing was also a plus point, The other down side are 1) we can smell other tenants smoking in our level and 2) the noise from the ongoing construction noise nearby.

Great location and very friendly people working there especially 潘潘 who serve me for the check-in. Laundry area abit messy and the filter are not clean. Although there is a lot of washer and dryer but still not enough to use as Mercure and Gionee Hotel are sharing the same laundry room. Got to wait for super long queue. Need to improve on this. Thank u.

It was a nice experience staying in the heart of Beijing Road. Mercure offers us an invaluable relaxing time with traveling to any places is very convenient. However, there is no public restroom on the first floor and we had to go up to the 30th floor with some help of the front staff.
