This hotel is very clean and in a very convenient area. They also speak English and are always friendly and ready to assist. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It is nearby most of the attractions. The room is clean and comfortable.

I had a great stay in this hotel where the room was clean and new. More importantly, the location was superb as it was so close to Guangzhou tower. It's great for those who are first time in Guangzhou since it's also accessible to many other places either via subway or short trip with taxi. Will definitely come back again

Very friendly front desk staff. And even upgraded us to Executive Room, with a small living room and bathtub 🥹 Location wise, it’s near to some of the big malls, near to Canton Tower. For Beijing Pedestrian Road, will take around 30 minutes from hotel. So it depends where you prefer to shop around. Great hotel, great cleanliness; they even have laundry room for you to wash your dirty clothes.

Kids and wife enjoyed our stay at this hotel and was better than expected at this price point. The front and cleaning staff were very friendly, accomodating, and professional. Room was well maintained and clean. The king size bed was big enough for the 4 of us and TV supports apple airplay, which was great for the kid's favorite tv shows. Subway is a 5 minute walk from the hotel , which is an easy and fast way of getting to Canton Tower , Beijing Road, and beyond. The gym is minimal but good for keeping my daily running routines while on vacation. Laundry is also fully supplied with detergent, sanitizer, and even a heating iron. I will definitely be coming back when i decide to return to Guangzhou.

Hotel is clean. Staff is very helpful and attentive to our needs and requests. Lots of local eateries nearby. Metro station is close proximity as well. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Excelent hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big, bed is comfortable, shower very clean. Also they have an excellent breakfast. Definitely go back here when in Shenzhen

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are well set up, specially to accomodate business travel. The food was amazing - catering for foreigners and locals. And the staff went out their way to assist us as far as possible with all traveling requirements we had during our stay. They were friendly and helpfull.

Very helpful front desk staff and one can speak English which made check in seamless. They were especially helpful for my ******* order, as it was delivered to the wrong hotel! Location of the hotel is convenient and the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. My advice would be to ensure corridors and communal areas are non-smoking as the smell wafts into the bedrooms which is not nice. Also, the ‘fresh air’ switch on the wall is also not fresh air but has a strong cigarette smell. I wish China would ban indoor smoking like to many other countries!!

The staff were very good, professional, and courteous. There are shops nearby, and the floors are long; it doesn't look big from the outside, but actually, it is quite spread out. We stayed during the Canton Fair, so the price was a bit higher than normal, but it was still worth it. Oh, and one more thing: the name of the hotel is different on different maps. I think they rebranded, and not all places are updated.
