Great hotel! Very clean room, daily cleaning, beautiful view of the river and the beautiful evening city. We had a rest with the family, the family was very satisfied. I recommend everyone to choose this hotel to stay in the beautiful city of Guangzhou!

Very nice hotel, stuff was very helpful, location is perfect, a lot of interesting places around.

The female staff were friendly and helpful. Apart from that, it's a mediocre hotel. The cleanliness is questionable. I was getting ready to check out, and I was looking for my thing. Instead, I found random trash under the table that didn't belong to me. I wasn't aware that theese were sitting there since I checked in. I also got a towel with a stain, but the front desk changed it. The good reviews are a scam. They offer an umbrella or a power bank in return for a good review. So if you need a free umbrella, you can stay here. The staff that was working at night is incompetent. The first night after I checked in, I needed an iron, so I texted the front desk late at night. They told me the hotel doesn't offer this service. After complaining that this is unbelievable, the staff offered to get a small iron, which I could pick up in the morning. I will give him A for effort because he bought an iron at 1am. But the iron he bought was the worst iron I've ever seen. It didn't have a heating setting, can spray water, and only work at medium heat. Took me 40 mins to iron 2 pieces of clothing. The next day, I asked the female staff for an iron, and she brought me one! There was an iron, and this male employee had no idea. What kind of an employee doesn't know what the hotel has or hasn't? So, a mediocre place.

This place was really very nice. It was pretty far from all the main attractions in Guangzhou but it was very clean and modern while also being within walking distance to a few large malls and metro station. The customer service was also very responsive and kind. A very minor side note is that while there is a kitchen there is no cookware or tableware. So if you plan to cook your own meals its pretty much not possible. All things considered i would definitely come back to stay here the next time im in Guangzhou.

Great experience at this hotel. The rooms are great and the service is wonderful.

Walkable from MRT but if you are a tourist, it is far from other places. Rooms are generally ok but not as clean as expected. The aircons are not maintained and floors feels dusty maybe due to alot of construction works nearby. Staff overall quite nice.

比較新，整體比較滿意。對面是購物中心和美食街比較方便。 兩個床都在2樓，樓梯較陡，沒有扶手，長者、孩子，要特別注意安全。 洗澡下水有點慢，容易堵，要注意及時清潔。 停小區地下衹要40元，停附近外面要128元（24小時）。
