This hotel is a good choice for families - the location is perfect within walking distance to the ferry station and easy to explore with young kids. The rooms were spacious, very clean for our family, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic 😋 👌

The best feature of this hotel is all the front desk staff! They will go for extra mile to assist you anything they can! The hotel lighting is very dark and I don’t like it much but the front staff make my stay very feel at home and very helpful! They make a big difference!

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Upgraded our room for free (thanks a lot for that!). The hotel is located not far from Donghu metro station (around 10 minutes on foot), which is convenient. You can reach all the main attractions rather fast. The room is clean and well equipped, the breakfast was tasty. The only thing to mind is that the neighborhood is not too clean, but it's not the problem of the hotel itself. I would recommend you staying here, if you come to Guangzhou!

Hotel stay could be better but because of a leaky pipe that cause the toilet to overflow. Front desk was responsive and immediately change room for me. Location is not the easiest place to find located in a small quaint lane.

這一家酒店非常不錯，房間很乾凈阿姨打掃的也很仔細，房間也很大，住了兩天前台的工作人員都非常的好，打車也很方便，直接可以到門口，唯一不足的是衞生間的燈光有的暗，其他的都非常的好，附近很一點多公里就有一家廣州酒家，對面就是天字碼頭，夜遊珠江也非常不錯，建議大家夜遊珠江的時候，買3樓的票視野會比坐下面的視野好很多，北京路、永慶訪都是還不錯，很熱鬧

非常棒的一次入住，今天落地廣州，朋友們之前就一直推薦希諾酒店，所以一到就直接入住了。環境很不錯，安靜不吵鬧，服務也是很滿意的，非常地周到貼心。酒店房間的設施都還不錯，房間打掃的很乾凈，房間內的礦泉水都免費的，不夠還可以通過小希，呼叫前台送，附近的美食也好多，位置也很好找，也算得上一次美好的旅行了。

部份房型無窗預訂前一定看好，我到店後發現無窗找到前台説我定的是無窗房可以給我升級到有窗房但必須要等到下午才能有空房間可我看到有開着門的空房間我也是無語了你還不如不説能給我升級房型因為一路太累我們也等不到下午了，房間衞生還可以但沒有放行李的地方，行李衹能放地上，衞生間棚較低身材太高的人慎定，酒店離地鐵站較遠但附近有多條公交線路，早餐還可以。

大沙頭店酒店環境整潔，房間大乾淨不錯，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人舒心。打掃衞生乾淨及時不錯不錯，地段不錯周邊吃飯方便無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，床品比較舒適，出差是一個不錯的選擇~
