Worst hotel in a long while for me:
1. Clear non-smoking signs everywhere in the hotel, but people smoke everywhere in the public area, and staff don't even bother to stop them.
2. In the room, non-smoking again, but there is an ashtray in the room. LOL. The whole room smiles smoke, even after being changed 2 times, still no help, every room smiles the same.
3. The air is not working, set for 24 Celsius, but it goes down to 19-20 Celsius, every time, I have to turn it off manually.
4. Staff services are good, but they do not take action. When asked for a non-smoking room, they told me that "all rooms might have smiles.", just funny. and when I have ask for an air purifier, they do not have it; when i ask for some air spray, they do not have it. Problem-solving skills: 0.
5. this hotel is located 3-4 floors of the building. 5 floor has a shop for playing cards and Mahjong, the noise is extremely loud, people walk around every night. 8th Floor has a shop So-called "Spa". every evening, the lobby is full of people.
All-in-all, this hotel is the worst in a long while for me as I travel a lot. nothing is OK about this hotel.
I will not stay at this hotel or this franchise anymore.

Hotel is very close to subway station. The staff cleaning my room are helpful & friendly. But the facilities & design need improvement. On the 4th floor, there is a flight of stairs to my hotel room. There is also a slope but can’t be used for luggage as there is a big pot of plant beside it which makes it impossible for traveler to use. I have to carry the luggage up the stairs.
It is a bad idea to have shower knob, cos it is difficult to turn on water when the hand is slippery, in the end I had to place a towel over the knob to turn it on. The smart toilet isn’t that smart as there is no bidet.
During the first night there, the room was filled with cigarette smell & the noise from upstairs was loud, but subsequent nights were okay. I also found a small cockroach in the room.

After arriving, the first room had a horrible water sewer smell and front desk is responsive to switch us to another room.
Hotel is marked as no smoking but once inside the second room, the smoke smell is apparent but at least no sewer smell so we thought it is ok though quite disappointed since I booked the room because it said that it is smoke free room.
Originally booked for 2 nights but had to contact Trip customer service for help to assist in cancelling the booking for the next night because the cleanliness is horrible. Found quite a number of small cocroaches on the shower and the toilet room. Unfortunately, was out late and only found these cocroaches quite late at night when I plan to take a shower to end the night so had to still stay on the room for the night.
Before finding these cocroaches, had also heard another hotel guest calling the front desk to complain about cocroaches so this cleanliness issue doesnt seem to be a one off thing and is a problem.
Lift condition is not best and the carpet on the corridor is dirty.
It is also not a great feeling that someone that is not a hotel guest or employees is able to get access to the hotel room floor (saw delivery guys able to get to hotel room floor).
The free laundry machines available is a great facility.
Really hope the hotel could do a thorough clean up of the rooms and maintain its cleanliness as well as enforce stricter rule if it is going to claim that it is smoke free.

Hotel is quite high tech just say Xiao Du and can on off room lightings, open close curtains and set alarm for own use therefore very recommended!

Hotel is very near metro station. A tall male receptionist was very approachable and provided useful information when we asked for directions to the places we wanted to go. Breakfast is simple and sumptuous. However, ,there are some steps leading to our hotel room , making it difficult to carry our heavy luggage.

This hotel is quite small and not conveniently located although there is a metro nearby. The lift did not bring us to our floor but we had to climb a few big stairs without a barrister. It is no good for those with leg problems.
On the other hand, the hotel is clean and has a Hi-Tec digital room control facility.
The staff could not speak or understand English well but they are quite helpful.
We stayed only for two nights.

Staffs at the check in counter were really helpful and friendly. They assisted me with my parcels delivered to the hotel and also went the extra mile to provide a trolley to me to bring my parcels back to the room. Room was overall very neat and clean. One thing to note was the cigarette smell which was inevitable when in China

The hotel is not bad. The reception does not understand English well. The window of the room where I was checked in looked out onto the street, so it was noisy in the room despite the fact that the window was locked.
