Insail Hotels (Guangzhou Taojin Metro Station, Zengjiahuan)

Business suite was spacious,but rooms are worn out from far looks was good but in detail renovation seems neccessary,tv and fridge were not working,tv in the bedroom was taken off,bathroom with bathtube aso very spacious but water hose was leaking and the room was like flooded,ameneties was not to this price standard,lack of caring about cleanliness found some dead cockroach on the carpet...staff was very helpfuland friendly teying the best but engliah was not really existing..positive was free parking and the dimsum reataurant was quite ok,,breakfast was really just youth hostel standard ,selection was spartan,coffee was not available machine was out of order...

Good to stay Crowded area , convenient for the most vulnerable areas of the city

There is a very small room in this hotel. Maybe this hotel is not good and the breakfast is useless. Booking a room along with breakfast is a waste of money.

I didn't like the way supervisor treated us . She was biased. Everything else was great

I recently stayed one night at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The venue is conveniently located with easy access via Taojin Station - Exit A, making it simple to get around. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offering a variety of options to choose from. I did run about 45 minutes late for check-out, but the staff were understanding and not overly strict about it. The location is perfect for anyone needing to visit various consulates in Guangzhou, as many are just a short distance away. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and welcoming service.

I inadvertently booked for a small, upon learning that I'd booked for a small room, I requested to be upgraded to a bigger room and yet even the bigger room was too small for me, without any wardrobes, desk or office chair.
