Very pleasant stay here. Theres bread and coffee every morning which is very delicious. Hotel staff are very polite and nice!

Came here for snowboarding trip; it’s quite near to Sunac mall and the service is top notch for the price. Staff even helped with the laundry and gave us plenty of food and drink!

All was good I've been here just got one night before my flight. Everyone are welcome and lovely. Very aesthetic apartments, only minus is the location, it was kinda hard to find it. Beautiful places where nearby, an amusement park and a huge shopping mall.

Very clean hotel. Staff were friendly. Prices were very reasonable as well.

Very clean and big room. Shower strong water pressure. Free 2 cups of coffee daily. Just next to a shopping complex with many food options. Then only set back is the smart toilet does not come with a washer/bidet.

We had a great time staying at Journee serviced apartment. Service is better than some 5 star hotels. Location : Located opposite of the Sunac Snow world, in a residential building, there is a construction site in front of the hotel and we have to walk around it and it is about 10 mins walk. Service： Impeccable , fast response, patient, the reception lady Miss Meng is super hard working and respond to our requests almost instantly. Faster than any hotels where they have to go through house keeping. We asked miss Meng To show us how to use the PS5 twice because in half an hour and she was so friendly and attentive. She even offered to help us wash and dry our clothes. She is always serving us with a big smile. The apartment was quite flexible, and allowed late check out later than usual hotels. The cleaning lady and maintenance man were also very helpful. Cleanliness: Acceptable, it looks quite clean and well maintained inside the room. No cigarette smell, which happens to some of the hotels in China.  Pros ： 1. Definitely the large screen and free movies and PS5 use, great advantage over hotels. 2. Breakfast drink and bread tasted good and fresh. 3. Big 2 meter wide comfortable bed 4. Openable windows 5. The room was facing the Sanac amazement park and not affected by construction at the front. 6. Free use of washing machine. Con: 1. No signs outside the building or In the lift lobby, a little confusing when we arrived. 2. Apartment surrounding and lobby hygiene not the best. 3. No proper drop off , but can stop at car park entrance. 4. Corridor to rooms do not seemed as clean as the rooms. Generally very good experience. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Really nice room with a super huge screen for watching movies.

The location was good for those who are going to the BONSKI Snow Park but the entrance is very unassuming! It looked like a regular apartment entrance. Room was spacious and clean. If you would like to watch movies on the projector, it is pay per month (still affordable)

It is a really good hotel, the location is very near the ski place, breakfast is provided.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ We are family of 4 staying at this hotel, as indoor skii is just opposite this hotel. Pros: 1) Walking distance to Rongchuan skii world and mall is 5-8mins walk 2) Level one of hotel convenience for all meals and 24hr provision stall 3) Hotel provide breakfast, bread and beverage daily 4) hotel have washing machines and dryer, hotel provide washing capsules for laundry 5) Room space is good for 4 persons (2 bedded room with one toilet) 6) Hotel tv with free live and movie show (contact staff for help) 7) Hotel staff are warm and helpful (Best service ever in China) 8) hotel are clean and provide daily essentials item 9) Hotel assist to collect online parcel, and arrange accordingly 10) hot water and aircon stable 11) lift to hotel level 12) staff willing to share local itinerary 13) pillow and bed are good quality Cons: Nothing Hotel quite new, modern design, it’s cosy to enjoy slow pace holiday Staff is extremely nice and helpful Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very clean and tidy. Location is great and very close to Sunac notwithstanding the construction site nearby (less than 10 mins walking time). The morning drink and bread are delicious. Special compliment to Coco, the lady in the reception. She is very cheerful and helpful.

The service apartment is literally like a hotel. The staff is nice. location is good. Room is neat and clean. Everything is just on point.

The  staff is friendly and the place is clean. But the renovation work  downstairs was 24/7 . Very noisy and dusty.
