Nice experience staying here Location : Great! just a step away from MRT and this is great because we don't need to change the lane to Pazhou (Canton Fair). Nearby also have many places to eat and mini market. Room : Clean and spacious enough. The AC is cold and we need that in this summer weather Service : The receptionist is located in building number 3 at level 19th. They are very helpful and welcoming Overall it is a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and no complains

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff took great care of us. they even helped carry our bags and kindly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, polite, and willing to help with anything we needed. I truly appreciated their warm hospitality and excellent service. P.S. The room was very clean, smelled great, and the air conditioning was perfectly cold.

The room is clean and new just like in the picture. It’s just near the subway not far from the city center . You can also see Guangzhou Tower from the window. Love my stay there .

The room was okay and looked like the photos online. However, there was a strong smoke smell when we first entered, which was quite unpleasant. The location wasn’t great — there’s construction going on nearby, and we had to walk out to the main road just to catch a cab. Since we cab everywhere we go, this was a bit of a taboo for us. It also rained during our entire 3-day stay, which made things even more inconvenient. On the first day, we almost had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs because we didn’t have a security card to access the lift. Thankfully, the hotel staff were helpful when we called — they came to fetch us and brought us in through another entrance using their card. Appreciate the assistance, but overall, the experience could have been better.
