Service is excellent - concierge always willing to help us find the best food around the area and helped us arrange transport to the airport. Close proximity to metro station. The hotel's facilities are good with free laundry and gym. It was initially challenging to find the place as there's construction work occurring, and we couldn't find a clear sign. We informed them of this, and we saw 2 signs pointing towards the hotel on the street and at the building's entrance by the 3rd day. Please note it is located in the fish market district, so there is a fishy smell outside the hotel. But the environment and decor inside the hotel itself is absolutely fine!

We got upgraded to a beautiful large room, which included a massage chair! The room consists of a living room with TV, bedroom with projection (although no windows), and separate large bathroom. The location is a bit hard to find, but very close to subway which makes it convenient! Only the breakfast was a little poor, as many choices were already empty when arriving at around 9.30am. We had a great stay!

This hotel offers a wonderful stay. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially the two girls who were always eager to help. The room is spacious, clean, and smart. Highly recommended!

The room and lobby was good, the service was good too! Room was spacious and clean, water pressure was good too. The least liking was the seafood market below and experience some stench. When you arrive via cab, i felt like i’m lost in some market and the drivers will normally wouldn’t turn into the market but rather drop you off the next building beside it. Will get used to it after awhile riding the cab. I guess it’s an experience when you tell your friends i lived in a seafood market.

Very clean, modern rooms. Very comfortable bedding. Great water pressure.  Located on top of a seafood market - ground floor area is pretty rough and renovations are ongoing. Actual hotel itself is on the 6th floor and is great.  Hotel breakfast is solid too.   Very close to metro station.  Rooms are on smaller side. Small windows.

The hotel location is ideal, a short walk from the lovely Shamian Island. We had an enjoyable stay here. Staff is very helpful and welcoming, and the rooms (with windows) were nice. As often in Chinese hotels though, the "smart" equipment is quite annoying (TV switching on each time you enter, too much light from the smart toilet, etc) and there was still a faint cigarette smell in the room, but this is hard to avoid both in China. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel which is on the side of a fish market but there are some places to eat nearby.

After that, the TV's sensor settings will be adjusted so that it will no longer automatically turn on to disturb you; It will also adjust the brightness of the smart toilet to give you a more comfortable experience. Regarding the smell of cigarettes in the room, we will increase the air purification equipment, strengthen daily ventilation, and use professional deodorizer when cleaning the room to reduce the smell as much as possible. The hotel is next to the fish market, the location is really not easy to find, sorry for the inconvenience, but fortunately there are many places to eat around, which can meet your diverse dietary needs. Whether it's high-quality service, comfortable environment, or convenient transportation, we are trying to do better.
