All was good, location was great as well and within walking distance to the nearby underground malls and attractions. Staff and cleaners were all very friendly and polite. The rooms were all very clean! :) Suggestions for improvement: - Breakfast could have came with more variety - Will be good if there is a towel rack in the dry area of the bathroom - To have a full-length mirror

Location really great! Nearby all the mall, Tiyu xilu station and easy to go everywhere. It's nice to have washine machine. There aren't really sound when I stay here. Will stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou.

I am so disappointed with the hotel. Cleanliness was horrible. Strands of hair were on the floor, even after the daily housekeeping. A light bulb was fused in the toilet, and I asked for it to be replaced. When maintenance came to replace the bulb when I was out, they littered my room with their rubbish. Coincidentally, housekeeping skipped my room and left my room uncleaned that day. Imagine how horrified it was when I entered my room. During my stay, there was power cut twice for the entire building. Once in the afternoon for an hour and another was for 1 minute during the late night. There were 3 dryers in the hotel. All of these machines broke down together. Only one dryer could spin with cold wind, but it was pointless using it. In all, the hotel, though new, is poorly maintained. It was a pure disappointment.

That day we got the notice from the power supply bureau of the city , because the annual power maintenance , the power for this eare need to stop for one hour , when we got this information , we tried all the ways to inform our guest staying in hotel , and prepared for this issue，after the annual power maintenance, the property manegment office of this building needed to change the power line for one minute , we were so sorry for all those inconvenience bring to our guest , sorry for all those things made you feel disappointment during your stay in our hotel

This is definitely a good place for those who love shopping. All the mall and luxury stores are just walking distance. Very easy to access to food, spa and bars. Would love to go back there again if I stay Guangzhou for my next business trip.
